They came to inspect a nonfunctioning unit. Unfortunately, they were not able to fix it and said I would need to buy a new one. The workers very honest and explained everything they were doing and what had gone wrong.

Great service. JR spent a extensive time to service the unit, walked me step by step to what all needed to be done, pointed out possible upcoming problems and resolutions with estimates, and went the extra mile by changing the house air filters as well. Very experienced and knowledgeable technician, and not pushy at all. Thanks for all your help.
