Excellent experience working with this team. We scheduled a chimney cleaning service and were satisfied with the technician's professionalism and competence during the appointment. The chimney cleaning was done carefully, and they took the time to teach key safety precautions afterwards. We also had a gas fireplace service performed during the same visit, and our fireplace has been working perfectly since then. The service was reasonable, efficient, and delivered exactly as promised. Dan repaired my bathroom tile quickly and affordably, but most important, professionally. Dan is the quality person you want working in your home. His work is impeccable and he is a gentleman. Im planning on having him back to replace my guest bathtub with a walk in shower. Having someone back without getting a competitive quote is the best recommendation or compliment a customer can give because it says, he did a good job and you trust that he is a fair man. UPDATE:
I had Dan the Tile Man back to tear out an old fiberglass tub enclosure and do a walk in shower for me. Again, I didn't bother to get a competitive bid although my wife got a Jacuzzi bid. Dan was half their price. And WOW! They moved the valves to the back wall of the shower so you don't have to get in and get wet to turn it on, tore out and took away the previous walls and enclosure and rebuilt everything from the floor to the ceiling. The workmanship was incredible. When the glass shower door company came and measured (he didn't know Dan) he said that the shower walls were the most plumb walls he ever measured. And the way the tile went in was the sign of a true craftsman. Thank you Dan for now, two great jobs at our home.

They also cleaned the flue and adjusted our gas fireplace. Their cleanup staff arrived the following day after attic mold was found, and new insulation was installed. They cleared our lint-filled dryer vent and cleaned all of the air ducts. A carpenter ant infestation was promptly resolved by pest control. Resealing a leaking corner was part of the roofing work. They even painted our workplace and replaced a window. The house seems safe and renewed, and every step went well. They went above and above!
