My LG dishwasher was installed today by a very knowledgeable and efficient technician. It was not an easy install because of the unlevel floor and and the way the plumbing was set up but he got the job done!

Technician was on time, cleaned up, installed packed up, like I never knew he was there. I just had a brand new dishwasher.

Professional, helpful in good communication ahead of time too.

The installer was great. Made sure the dishwasher was level. He was knowledgeable and explained the operation and all features. Responded in the time given and installed in a timely manner with no issues.

Our installer Douglas did a great job installing our new electric oven. Very courteous & professional.

Cesar installed a dishwasher ordered from Lowes. He was friendly, professional, and communicated his arrival window. The dishwasher was installed with no issues and he left my kitchen tidy.
I will use Eclipse again & recommend.

Doug arrived and removed the old dishwasher, He did a wonderful job of installing the new one. He was very personable and explained everything. Everything was cleaned up before he left. I would highly recommend him for any installation you need done.

Rey and Cesar let us know they were on there way and arrived within the scheduled window. They made a tough installation look easy. Incredibly friendly and talented guys. Treated our house like it was there own. Everything looked great when they finished - and they provided us with a few new oven tips which were useful and appreciated.

Excellent, knowledgeable and friendly service installing our dishwasher. Arrived and finished on time despite some special requests we had. Tested unit out and showed us how to operate to make sure we were satisfied.

I purchased a microwave oven from Lowe’s and was told to expect a text message from the installer for a scheduled install. Unfortunately, these days we all receive a large number of spam texts and calls. So when I received a text from Eclipse, Lowe’s installer, I did not recognize the company name and assumed the message was spam, so I disregarded it.

To prevent a similar occurrence from happening to another customer of Lowe’s, my recommendation is that Eclipse clearly identify itself as *Lowe’s installer* in the initial text message, so customers do not mistake it for spam.

Purchased a dishwasher from Lowe’s and they contracted Eclipse for the install. Communication was great from start to finish. Jim called and asked if he could come earlier then the allotted window since his prior appt. was canceled. He was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Thanks Jim!

We had a double Toshiba oven installed. Eclipse sent two instillation technicians to carefully install the oven properly. The Eclipse technician also removed and discarded the old oven. Great work!

I was very happy with my service from ECLIPSE Appliance.Dylan and Brent We’re very professional arrived Promptly, installed my brand new oven and took away the old one. Dylan even gave me a lesson on how to work my new oven. I also had a pre-measuring appointment that went very well.

Had my second job with Eclipse and they did a wonderful job, Cesar installed our new oven that didn't fit into our cabinet and he did a masterful job altering the granite so the new oven fits beautifully. He was super knowledgeable and cleaned up perfectly after the job was completed.

Jim arrived on time with a Quick and easy install. Checked all hoses and tightened up anything that was needed.

Very nice and professional. The tech was on time and took care of the microwave installation very quickly. The work was contracted through Lowe’s so I paid their price. Very reasonable.

Very professional & courteous. They knew what they were doing, and got it done quickly without damaging anything. They answered my questions. Overall, very good experience
