Very unhappy with Prudential. Asked them to remove a ceiling fan, told them I would have a new fan to install and that I would need them to come back later. Everything was in total working condition. Once Adam removed the fan, none of the switches or the lights work anymore in that part of the house. I have had a new electrician here trying to figure out what exactly he did for several days now. I know that if I call them, they will say it is “problem fixing” and not new work, so it will be more expensive than regular work. I already had this experience with them, but wanted to let it go. Now I see that this is a pattern. This is very unethical. It is costing me time and money. Do not use Prudential, you will get ripped off

I am really pleased at the quality of work done repairing 5 broken/non-working outlets throughout my home. The repair men were quick , knowledgeable, and friendly. The cost for all of the work was much lower than I anticipated. I will definitely be going back to Prudential electric for all of my future electrical needs. 5 stars!

A plumbing company installed a new water heater in our condo in a highly regulated HOA 55+ community. The old heater began leaking and they fixed it quickly; however, they did not finish the paperwork to obtain the permit for the new water heater. The installation failed a city inspection due to a lack of electrical connection, which was itself not done because the heater closet did not have an electrical outlet. All of this was holding up the permits needed for a clean sale of the property.

The plumbing company referred me to Prudential Electric who responded the same day, installing a new electrical supply in the heater closet, as well as replacing all the smoke detectors and installing a CO detector to bring the place up to code. What a relief to get it done right, quickly and for a very reasonable price! Highly recommended!

I had a fantastic experience! The crew showed up on time, was incredibly professional but also very kind and conversational. I was told by multiple electricians that I would have to have multiple holes cut in my walls to hide wires when installing 2 ceiling fans. Prudential understood my concern with that and they put 1 hole in and covered with an inconspicuous cover plate. I ended up having zero patch and paint work because of their knowledge and expertise. They installed quickly, did great work and cleaned up completely. So impressed with everything they did!
