This is the 4th time I have used California Steam Carpet Cleaning. Mark has always done a great job for us. Our carpets look beautiful afterwards. Our home smells so much cleaner and less dust in the air. I really like that Mark is very conscientious about using natural ingredients in his cleaning. And he always goes above and beyond to make sure our carpets are clean, even getting out stains I thought would never come out.

I want to add an additional comment to my previous review. This was the cleanest our carpet has come out from previous cleanings. No dirt has shown up on the bottoms of our white tennis shoe sox. We’re very grateful and impressed. Thank you, Marc.

Marc is a professional. He is on time, has all the equipment needed with him and does an excellent job. I highly recommend Marc to anyone needing carpet cleaning, especially getting rid of pet stains and odors.

He in fact left my couch so clean the fresh smell is filling the living room like an air freshener lol

Thank God for Marc! He came with his black light and found human urine all over the carpet, walls and door and curtains from a vindictive tenant renting a room in my house. If it would’ve been someone else that I’ve used before they never use black light flashlight, I never would’ve found this out. He sanitized the carpeting and the walls and door but advised me to paint the walls which I already had planned to. He came to the rescue and carpet looks beautiful and took care of the urine out of the carpet. It no longer smells.

Marc did a wonderful job steam cleaning my stairs, got all the stains and pet odors out! He was very informative and took the time to explain all my options and gave me a fair price, I recommend his services highly.

Marc came on time and sanitized my concrete floors and then deep steam cleaned and extraction with powerful psi. My house smelled of cat/dog urine odor, very distinct smell throughout the house and he was able to sanitize it and had it smelling fresh and clean.

We had CA Steam Co clean and sanitized our townhouse carpets for the first time. Compared to other carpet cleaners, Marc is the Best! The off white carpet in the bedrooms was excellent but the stairs as bad as they were, came out so clean. Our hats off to Marc and his company. I would definitely recommend.

Great service, and a very hard working man. He was here over 7 hours & by the time he left all my furniture was Scotchguarded & cleaned …. All rugs & carpets super cleaned ….. even my cat houses all cleaned too 😻😻. My furniture looks brand new too after a few “sloppy kid food stains” were nicely cleaned 🥳
