I had a great experience with Apex. My HVAC system was leaking which resulted in significant water overrun in my garage. This was an urgent issue but I still didn't expect to get a technician to my house on the same day. To my surprise, Johnny (the owner) came to my house himself within 30 min, diagnosed and fixed the issue within 20 minutes. It was a relatively simple fix and Johnny was honest, straightforward forward, and didn't try to upsell me on unneeded repairs or replacement parts like most companies would.
Having someone you can trust is invaluable and I only plan on using Apex for any of my heating/cooling needs moving forward.

Jack was quick to fix my A/C issue. He was very courteous and professional. Great experience - I highly recommend their services! Definitely will do business with them again.

Tony was very friendly, informative, knowledgeable and customer friendly! He was able to fix my problem with my old furnace instead of just suggesting to buy a new system ($14k) like the previous company I talked to earlier today. Tony was able to diagnose the problem and replace the broken part same day. I overall had a great experience and will definitely calling Apex for any of my Heating and AC needs! Thank you Tony!
