Used the service for 3 years, used to be reliable and did great cleaning. Since changing ownership about 4-6 months ago, service has been terrible, and all the cleaning crews we liked have left the service. Probably won't use them again.

I just Moved out of my apartment and had say clean do the move out clean they are very thorough and detailed. I collected my full deposit back from the apartment company. I am very please with them and will now use them for my regular cleaning services.

Professional, thorough, efficient from first phone call to follow-up communication after cleaning. After major interior painting, every surface of my house was covered in paint dust even though plastic and tape covered furniture and floors. Two polite and professional ladies arrived exactly on time for the "Post-Construction Cleaning" and removed every bit of paint dust everywhere; in addition they thoroughly cleaned the kitchen, bathrooms and all rooms. They worked diligently and finished within the predicted time. I will definitely call for both routine and deep cleaning jobs in the future.

I have been using SayClean for approximately 2 years now. I have a pretty large home and I value their professional, hard working team so much! They are always on time, courteous to me, detail oriented, and go above what I would expect for a cleaning service! Ana, is so sweet! She will fold clothes if she sees a need too! The staff comes prepared with the right cleaning products for the job, and never use harsh chemicals, especially on my travertine and granite surfaces. I couldnt be happier now that I have SayClean! Our house was a mess as we are remodeling, painting etc. with years of dust bunnies behind rarely-moved furniture.

I contacted SayClean on a Friday at 5pm, and had a response with confirmed appointment time/date/price by 6pm.

The clean itself went very smoothly. The crew arrived on time and fully prepared.
They did an incredible job, leaving every surface they touched looking brand new.

On top of the high quality work, the cleaners were friendly and respectful.

The price was very competitive with those offered by similar companies, but I didnt deal with the sales hassling I have experienced with the other companies.

I without a doubt will be hiring SayClean for all future cleans!

On the day of the cleaning, two wonderful ladies showed up. I gave them a few instructions for what I was looking for, and they thoroughly cleaned every area that was desired. You can tell these ladies are true professionals.

Once the appointment was over, I received an email invoice.
