I wish I could rate them higher than 5 stars! We had a recurring sewer issue with our guest bathroom toilet flushing slowly. I initially contacted another company that sent a technician who removed the top of our septic tank and used a camera for just a minute, claiming that all our plumbing needed replacing at an outrageous cost of $12-19 THOUSAND dollars. Then we reached out to Williams & Sons Plumbing LLC, and they came in with a hydro machine to clean and smooth out our sewer pipes. The issue was completely resolved, and it only cost us $508. From now on, we will definitely use and recommend their services.

Bryson from Williams & Sons Plumbing LLC did a fantastic job! The first time I met him, he repaired a tricky toilet mechanism for me. On his next visit, he took down a stubborn rain shower head, helped me clean it up, and put it back until I could get a replacement. He also installed a whole house water filter outside, called a Halo 5, which he had recommended earlier. The system is a bit expensive, but it doesn’t need any cleaning or filter changes and is covered for a long time. Now, our water in Laguna Hills is crystal clear with no chlorine or calcium buildup—just fresh, clean water!

I had a slab leak in my house on a Friday afternoon. I chose to pay the after-hours rate so I wouldn’t have to be without water all weekend. The plumbers arrived quickly, found the leak, and fixed it fast. After turning the water back on, we noticed a second leak, which was unusual. They spent a couple of hours trying to find it, but it was harder to detect than the first one. I asked them to return on Monday, and I kept an eye on the leak over the weekend. On Sunday morning, after running the water for a while, I saw water coming up through the tile, which helped the plumber find the exact spot on Monday. They gave me two options to fix the problem and explained the pros and cons of each. The leak was fixed for a fair price. Bryson was the plumber who helped me, and he was very skilled and knowledgeable. I’ll definitely call them again if I have plumbing issues in the future.
