He was completely booked for the day, but instead of rushing me off the phone or giving a quick “sorry, can’t help,” he did the exact opposite. He took his time with me. Real time. Genuine care. He patiently walked me through multiple options, gave me a list of trusted, reputable people in the area, and made sure I had solutions so my situation could still be handled that same day, even if it wasn’t with him.
