She was friendly and helpful, which was way above and beyond what I expected at 10:30 p.m. The crew that came out to do the work was just as great. They were courteous, efficient, and took the time to explain everything they were doing.
The fireplace caps look fantastic, and I’m pleased with the quality of the work. What stood out the most, though, was their honesty and integrity. I asked about a more expensive cap, and instead of trying to upsell me, they explained that it didn’t fit with the aesthetic of my neighborhood. They could have easily pushed me toward the pricier option, but they had my best interests in mind and helped me save some money as well. That kind of thoughtful, customer-first approach, is rare these days, and it speaks volumes about their commitment to honesty and excellent service.

Brian arrived on time and was very professional. Job was completed in about a half hr and then a cleanup of his stuff and he was out the door. While our chimney was in much need of a cleaning, the mess it created was contained. Fireplace looks clean and he even educated us with a potential hazard. Someone had covered some vents with tape which he removed. Highly recommend and will use again.

We're very pleased with the quality of Brian's work on our fireplace and chimney. He replaced the two clean out doors (one outside; one inside), inspected and cleaned our gas log, and installed a stainless spark arrester at the top of our chimney. We can recommend Lucky Sully highly.

Excellent customer service and communication from initial contact with Sandra to promptly receiving the inspection report and repair estimate within an hour after the inspection was completed. Sandra worked hard to schedule my clients’ inspection on short notice. The home they are in escrow in has a Rampart General pre-fab chimney that needed further inspection. She communicated with me regarding the inspector’s arrival time. Brian the inspector was prompt, professional, through and safe.
