These are my go to appliance repair guys
As a single female home owner I need help quite often, used their services on several occasions now and they never disappointed me. It’s hard to find anyone who’d be willing/available on the same day with other companies but these guys go above and beyond and send their techs on the same day of the call even weekends. Prices are very reasonable, I never felt that they’re trying to upcharge me or anything, always courteous and polite, and time efficient

Alex was absolutely fantastic and efficient at diagnosing my air conditioning systems problem and replaced the relay in 10 mins. He went the extra mile to check fluids, pressure and line integrity to make sure I don’t get any future problems so that was generous. He’s competitively priced, responsive and was at my house within 45 mins. Highly recommended!

Alex arrived on Saturday and it took him about 5 mins to diagnose the problem with my washing machine. He was very polite and
actually explained what the problem was.
He told me if I wanted to repair then he would order the part and come back on Monday.
The cost was very reasonable and it only took him about 30 mins ti fix.
I am very satisfied and if I have any problems to call him.
Great company and Sasha that takes the calls is very nice and helpful.

My review was a very positive one but I had to update it. I was charged over $300 to fix a dryer. Alex had told me it was the dryer sensor. He charged me over $300! I just found out that part was only $50 at the most. He literally figured out the problem and fixed it in 30 minutes. So that means he charged me over $250 for 30 minutes of labor. That is ridiculous. I only paid it because another company was gonna charge me another $100 to show up and diagnose the problem. So I THOUGHT it would be cheaper to just pay it. I also looked at my statement and all it said was part $307. No indication of labor charges. I would not recommend this company. They seem shady to me. UPDATE #2 First off, Alex only TOLD me the total cost. Nothing was signed and there was no break down of the cost of parts or labor. As you can see by the statement, it says door sensor $307. No break down of labor. And if anyone googles "cost of door sensor of dryer" anyone can see it will cost no more than $30. It says you charged me $307!! Nothing was signed or shown to me to break down the costs of parts or labor. I was already in the hole $70 and I didn't want to pay another $100 for someone else to come by so I paid it. I would NOT have paid if I knew how much the part really costs. Again, I would not recommend your company

I don’t usually leave any reviews but dave came out to an agitator not spinning. And he said the transition was broken and that is was $535 I called another technician and he should me than the problem was the agitator and the base $140 but since Dave broke the screw inside the stew base they need to replace that to. Would not recommend them AT ALL
