They’re flyer suggests they’re “Reliable. Responsible & Reasonable.”
Reliable - No. A friend referred them to us. They came out on a Thursday and landscaped only the front and didn’t touch the back (which they were supposed to do). He said he was coming out on Saturday (two days later) to finish and fix a sprinkler head. He never showed up.
Responsible - No. He LOVES to claim repeatedly that he’s “a professional”, but no shows to a job to finish what he began. FAR from “responsible”.
Reasonable - No. He attempted to charge us $40 MORE a month for our yard which is smaller than the yard he does for our friend whom he charges $80 a month for. When asked why he didn’t show up he said he decided not to do our yard anymore “because I’m a professional and should be paid more. I normally charge $650 for the first visit.”
No, you’re not a “professional”. You’re delusional.
