When I called I anticipated having to wait several days for an opening but Alex was able to fit me in on the same day.. When he arrived he was upfront about pricing, clean, and he walked me through the entire process leaving nothing unclear. It’s definitely refreshing finding a plumber who is honest and reliable.

Alex and his handy helper (young man, I forgot his name), saved the day by fixing my leaking shower. Super easy to get ahold of the business and they scheduled me next morning. They arrived within the quoted time frame. Alex and handy helper explained the problem and the options to fix the issue. Prices very clear per option and the time frame for each option was also clear. Prices very competitive and affordable. The leak was fixed within 30 minutes, very fast. Alex also turned the water on and off for me as well. Happy resolution, will use this company again for plumbing needs.

Alex came out a while back to troubleshoot an issue with my newly lost hot water pressure. A very long story short Alex quickly changed out the cartridge for the master shower and said the issue was fixed. It was not, he then changed the other shower cartridge and declared the issue fixed. Still, it was not and there was a sudden massive loss in pressure. He then told me it was the shower valve that needed replacing. Which he was quick to be willing to cut a hole in the wall to visualize and then quote me approx $500 for the replacement.
Fast forward a week still having the issues I was able to get my paperwork together for our house warranty (just moved in) to try and have a plumber come out to replace the valve. The warranty company sent out their own plumber who within 30 seconds of talking to me promised it was in no way the shower valve. Plumber #2 quickly located the issue to be elsewhere in the supply line of the water heater And a $10 part later he was on his way problem solved.
2 days later the one shower valve would not turn off, I contacted plumber #2 who found the the cartridge that was installed by AM Plumbing, had been missing a screw which caused the failure
A bit over a couple weeks later I had the same problem in the other shower, which this time I took apart myself and low and behold, it too was missing thebsath screw. $0.75 at Ace fixed the issue, but I have no confidence left to even call them out to fix their mistake. I now have a large hole in the wall for no reason, a hit more understanding and confidence in a different plumber
