Washer went out. I had used this company earlier and liked them so I called them again. They were quick to respond and let me know throughout process what was found. In the end, the problem would cost a lot for the part and labor. The technician was honest in saying that a new machine wouldn't cost that much more. Professional the entire proces. His honesty was a definite plus. And he made good recommendations for our next purchase. I will use them again.

Like most problems, mine started at 10:00 pm on a Sunday night. I called Royal Appliance Services on Monday a little after 9:00 am. They were able to send a technician the same day. Stanley should up a few minutes early and was able to diagnose and fix my washer in 30 minutes. Will definitely use them again as I have several aging appliances.

Called in the am and they showed up within the window 2-5. Got here right at 2 and customer service with the technician was amazing. Problem fixed and I felt very happy with the bill and the service provided. Will use them again.
