Instead of speaking with a local representative, my call was clearly outsourced to another country. While that’s already frustrating when trying to support a local business, what made it worse was their complete lack of professionalism.

When I was informed that the call was being recorded, I stated that I do not consent to being recorded. Instead of handling the situation professionally—such as offering an alternative or explaining their policy—every time I called, they simply dropped the call without warning. No courtesy, no attempt to continue the conversation, just an abrupt disconnect.

This is bad precedent. I’d rather take my business elsewhere to a company that values professionalism and respects customer preferences from start to finish!
