Jeff did an awesome job fixing my HVAC system. His attention to detail and customer care was above and beyond. He patiently explained every aspect of what he was doing to fix my HVAC system. He diagnosed a very difficult problem with the HVAC that no other HVAC Technician in Orange County that I called could do in previous months. He worked closely with the Manufacturer Warranty Department and managed the entire process of finding the correct part and ensured the work was done professionally. I never had to ask him what was going to happen next, because he was always explaining the process to me beforehand. His work and professionalism is priceless due to the confidence and commitment he had towards my HVAC system. He wanted to ensure it ran correctly and that my Family and I were happy with the job. Joe was EXTREMELY pleasant and knowledgable … he saw the problem and immediately contacted his boss for direction. We now have an appointment to get our issue resolved. Joe was very easy to talk with, and understood the situation completely.
