I cannot express enough how thrilled we are with the exceptional work done by OceanScape Design on our pool, spa, and patio. From start to finish, the experience and customer service provided was nothing short of outstanding.
Firstly, the design phase was carefully managed thanks to the expertise and creativity of Jeff Parker. Jeff and his team listened to our ideas and preferences, offering valuable suggestions that truly enhanced the final design. Throughout the process, they were transparent about timelines and costs, ensuring there were no surprises along the way.
Jeff and this team managed the construction phase very well overcoming challenging weather, delays in permitting process due to COVID, and coordinating all approvals with our association. Their attention to detail was remarkable, and it was evident that they take immense pride in their craft. The quality of workmanship exceeded our expectations, and every aspect of the project was executed with precision and care.
The professionalism and courtesy demonstrated by the entire team were commendable. They were always prompt, courteous, and respectful of our property, neighbors, and community, making the construction process smooth and minimizing the overall stress that comes with any major construction project.
Now that our pool and patio are complete, we couldn’t be happier with the result. The team at Ocean Scape provided excellent work related to the design and build of the pool and spa, along with the extremely quiet equipment, plumbing, and the surrounding Hardscape. All was completed with every attention to detail. They also responded quickly on a minor warranty related issue issue two years later! I would definitely recommend them!
