I feel really bad leaving a bad review for any business but I’m so extremely disappointed with our experience here. We brought our coffee maker in January (when it was still in warranty). We don’t know what we don’t know. Fast forward to almost April, and they still have it, and every time I call they say that they had to “order more parts and check if it works”. Called today, no update. Has to check with someone else to see what’s happening. It’s just not how you should conduct business. Now I’m left with a $2,000 coffee maker at this place, that still doesn’t work, that I don’t know what’s wrong with it, and even if it did work, I’m on the hook for $300+? Without even having “approved” a quote/estimate from them? Again, just horrible way of conducting business. So disappointing. I’m just at a loss and giving up honestly.
Not to mention, the tone on the other end of the phone isn’t appreciated.
