I called and made an appointment. She said that she'll call me in the morning and let me know when someone will be out. Then when I called back she says we don't set appointments because we don't have not much help. And then I said well can you set me another one but she said yes but it's not guaranteed.

We were having problem with our plumbing and figured it was the septic tank. We called another local company who did come out and pump the tank. Two weeks later same problem. I called General Plumbing and upon inspection it turned out it was more than what the original service supposedly found, I cannot say how pleased I am at the work General Plumbing did in a time and money efficient manner. They left not a speck of a mess and my whole yard looks like no one was ever here after alot of digging. Thank you General Plumbing for helping us in our time of need. I will spread your accolades to every and anyone that is in need of plumbing or septic service

I've got a big hole in my yard. It seems that General forgot to fill it back up when they were done. I called and was assured that it would be fixed and I still have a big hole in my yard. I've been staring at a mess for 3 weeks now.

Prompt response, the owner came out to give me an estimate to install a tankless water heater. Very reasonable cost. He and his assistant were honest, professional and made me feel cared for!

after dealing with a no good home warranty co and the contractor that was assigned to my house, who was six days out and never responded to my calls and texts, I called general and they responded right away and had a tech here within the hour and quickly and professionally fixed my issue. The tech, Dylan did a great and clean job!! Thank you so much!

General Plumbing is the best! Thank you, Dylan for the prompt, professional, efficient, and very reasonably priced job that you did repairing our collapsed sewer line at the home we just purchased in Wofford Heights. We can finally take our first showers here! (Stinky!). And flush the toilets without worrying! Highly recommended and would never use anybody else for our plumbing needs!

Update - I LOVE this place. I had a leak from the hot water tank. I called and they said it might be a few hours but they would get to it asap. It was maybe an hour and they were here. We didn't know there was an additional problem but they came back asap and took care of that at no charge. I also used them when I needed my septic tank flushed out. Great job there too! From the woman in the office to the technicians that come out - just nice friendly, knowledgeable people. I'm thrilled we have such a great plumbing company in our little community!

2 yrs ago - Hot water tank was leaking. I called, they responded promptly, came out next day. They worked with my home warranty company. I got a new water heater installed for $50. Great service. Will use them again!

Watch out they send plumbers to cut holes in your wall and leave the hole without fixing it lie and charge $135 to say a floor is wet due to how we shower supposedly we shower with our curtain open and let the shower head pour on the floor to cause puddles of water in another room and the receptionist acts shocked when confronted about it. Absolutely crooked never want this company to step foot in my house again. AND STILL HAVE A LEAK WHERE HE LEFT A HUGE HOLE IN OUR WALL.

Called because there was a musty smell in restroom. They sent out a you man ( very nice guy) not certified. So basically not a plumber. He told my tenant that the shower needed to be removed. I called general plumbing and ask for the owner to come out. I wanted a certified plumber to confirm such a large job needs to be done. I was told he would be out in the next two weeks . He never showed. I called again and spoke to the owner. He was telling me that he could make an access door for the plumbing. Never heard from him again. I then went into the office the receptionist told me that the boys work under the owners license and that was legal. No!! It’s not legal for jobs 500 and above. Ripping out my shower qualifies .
The owner called me 3 days later telling me in between yawns that I don’t have a receipt and they don’t do mold. Yet, they charged me for his un qualified non certified opinion of a helper not a plumber!!
Because my renter was told that there was a leak under the shower pan and it’s probably mold. I had to lodge him in a other location as we inspected the house for mold. So now I have a tenant The speaks of lawyers , suing in every other word. My handyman and I went through the complete bathroom removing baseboards, light fixtures, going through draws, sink and toilet . No mold. But did notice the floor that was installed by local brothers
Had no air gap between new floor and door. Guess what that was the problem all along. But because my tenant was told it was mold I had to put my tenant up for a week. Had to pay my handyman to help look for mold as well as pay 1000.00 for mold and air quality before tenant could move back in!!
So very long story short the owner of general plumbing cost me 1500.00 because he was to dam lazy to follow up on a call from a customer who uses them a lot on rental properties.
Bottom line call a handyman that’s what you get with general plumbing but won’t pay the high prices and no Warrenty !!

Their customer service is horrible!!! We needed our septic tank pumped and it took them over four hours and over $900.00. The tech they sent out did not know what he was doing so they had to send the owner to come help him.
We needed more work done and received a quote in which we had questions. There was an additional $1700.00 from the original quote so we wanted to understand what was going to be done. It took them 3 days to finally return my call. When we asked for more information Damian said: this is how we are going to do the job or we won’t do it and ended the call. He didn’t want to be questioned and he got very defensive and rude!!
I suggest calling another company for you plumbing needs!

John and crew always do great work for us. This week, they came up the mountain to assess our complex radiant heat system. This is not normal plumbing and Damon advised us to call in a specialist. He did not charge us for the call. This is the kind of professionalism and advice we need in the valley. Other plumbers would have damaged our sensitive system, General made the right call. Their referral was prompt, professional, and the repair was far more complicated than I imagined. Glad we got in a radiant specialist. Thanks Damon and John for exceptional service.
