The mold inspection appointment was scheduled and Roberto arrived punctually to survey the suspected damage. At one point we had to reschedule the appointment and called before work. I was prepared to leave a message when a human was on the other end. Ashley rescheduled us on the spot relieving me of any unnecessary stress. We had the best experience with Christian Brothers after we came home from vacation and our apartment was flooded with sewer water. After contacting them on a Sunday, Jose R., Azael, and Maria came out the next day to assess our situation and carefully pack all of our belongings to be taken care of at their facility. They were so patient as we asked endless questions and thoughtfully took inventory of our damaged personal belongings for our insurance. It was so relieving to know that we had someone to help us in an emergency situation like this and could trust them with our belongings!

We had a water problem at a rental in a high rise and we filed an insurance claim. This is how we were introduced to the Christian brothers. The team along with our insurance company took care of all of the repairs. I was out of the country and the Christian Brothers handled everything with my tenants and the insurance company and the HOA without my assistance.

I then had a problem at my home. I then called them again to take care of my repairs. Again, they responded immediately and took care of the project.

During projects, I was informed of the progress through emails and text messages on a daily basis. The work and shift was completed with zero punchlist items. I appreciate the quality of the Christian Brothers service.

We recently had the team from Christian Brothers Cleaning and Restoration come in for post-construction clean-up, Micah, Cindi, and Harlee helped set up the contents crew (Jose, Azael, Chaidez and Maria) all of who did an outstanding job! After weeks of renovation, there was dust and debris everywhere, but their crew made the place spotless. They were professional, efficient, and clearly took pride in their work.

Christian Brothers was the first vendor recommended by our property management company to address water damage that occurred to our condo in San Diego and we couldn’t have been more pleased to work with their team. From the remediation to restoration, Ashley Cantor was communicative and resourceful in ensuring that all stakeholders were on the same page throughout the process. We used Christian Brothers for remediation and repair as a result of a serious leak in our condominium, which caused enormous damage to our unit as well as to the unit below ours. Christian Brothers were outstanding in a variety of ways.
For one thing, their customer service is top rate, whether it was the project coordinator, or the project manager. Our project was complicated because we were not onsite at the time.
Ashley Cantor is the Project coordinator and she was so responsive any time we called. She always took time to answer our questions and to provide information that we needed. She kept us informed of everything that was to happen and was able to juggle a lot things at one time. Quite honestly, she provided some of the best customer service we have ever received from a contractor.
Secondly, the professionalism and workmanship was outstanding. Rob Woerpel was the project manager on site and we could not have been more pleased with his professionalism and quality of work. We had so many questions and he was always available to help us out and answer questions. He was responsible for overseeing the remediation and shifting of furniture. So much furniture had to be removed and the workers carefully recorded everything they did and inventoried every item. All the workers were extremely professional.
Thirdly, their work was excellent, always preparing the site beforehand and the finished product was as described.This was a real testament to the workers but especially to Rob's oversight.
Fourthly, they understand how to work with insurance companies. Rob prepared all the needed documents for remediation and repair. We were very pleased, and it was so helpful.
Overall, I cannot speak highly enough of all aspects of the company, especially the responsiveness of Ashley and Rob, and would recommend them for any restoration or construction work.

I have never experienced such professionalism from so many people at one company. Joselyn was our contact person and Eric and Joel were the two that got the work done. We had a slab leak in a rental condo and we were on the East Coast. They kept in contact with us as well as our renters. I couldn't believe how fast they got the work done and Joel kept me updated with voice messages and photos of the progress.
I highly recommend them and would use them again (hopefully we won't have to).

Christian Brothers is one of the best restoration companies I have dealt with. They are incredibly responsive and can handle emergencies (ex: leaks) from start to finish. They will even completely take over communication with your insurance adjustor to ensure they get the correct information for you to get coverage and will help speed up the process as efficiently as possible. Ashley, in particular, is great to work with. Very responsive and provides updates throughout the whole process which helps keeps your mind at ease with what's going on. Highly recommend!
