This company was amazing. We did an improper remediation and accidentally spread Black mold spores throughout our whole house. They came out to our farm in last October and cleaned every surface and every ounce of air. Great to work with! Just recommended them to a friend which is why I’m writing such a late review.

“Articles” on web site are loaded with false information.

Very professional when it came to answering my questions, and most of all, responsible. I highly recommend working with this company.

ECO fmr will be my go to mold remediation company from now on. They are honest and reasonable in cost. So many companies in this industry are questionable at best. My client did not have the benefit of insurance coverage so I was worried about her being overcharged . Kenny came right down told me was was going on. Not nearly as bad as I thought it would be. They do not have attention to detail. Or professionalism. Broke my floor tiles and the repair is so messy didn’t even wipe off all the glue, looks awful.They removed my dishwasher and on a brand new stone counter (I forwarned them it was delicate) they placed all their construction materials on top of it where there was no more dishwasher underneath. Made no sense. They left it like that concealed in the mold treatment enclosure luckily I looked.They painted with unmatched paint. They left a nail or screw bump extending out on the new patched drywall. They painted an unmatched sheen touch up on ceiling, I said oh well but it is bubbling now and owner won’t respond anymore to repair it after saying he would and he SHOULD! Not at all the type of business I’d ever deal with. They were recommended but I regret going that route

Not only do they provide great service, but the professionalism and attention to detail is outstanding. And Kenny was very thorough in explaining things in a step by step process to help you understand what's to be expected or even your options. Floods/water damage can really make a mess of things. But having someone knowledgeable & dependable really helps ease the stress.

Kenny and his team knocked this 40 gallon, 3rd story apartment flood restorarion out of the park for a great price. Within 3 days they had everything dry and restored, even after the water had been sitting for 3 days! Best of all, they were able to avoid cutting out the ceiling below the flood location with their awesome tools(looks cool too), which must have saved me hundreds. These guys are pros and if I ever have another issue, I know exactly who to call. Thanks Eco F&M!

Kenny and his team were amazing. They were fast with perfection. I had a drain pipe leak in my bedroom wall which flooded my bedroom and closet. He moved my furniture, did his set up, fixed everything including cleaning the carpets, and then put all my bedroom furniture back. Amazing job and so thankful that I found out about him and his work.

We purchased a house with known water/mold issues. The company we planned to use kept dragging their feet and rescheduling us. Once we contacted Kenny - he was at our house the next day. He was very detailed with his inspections and clean up and flexible with us as we kept finding more and more mold. Working with Kenny Olson and his team was the best experience we've ever had working with a Contractor, especially given the stressful circumstances. We had a raw sewage flood in our vacation condo in CA & we live in MI. Because of caring for a terminally ill sister we could not get to CA. About a month ago, I experienced a flood in my home from a busted water valve. Once the water was secured and the valve fixed, Kenny and his team came immediately and started the water restoration. Kenny was very informative and explained step by step what was expected of the process. He was quick, patient, and reassuring that everything was going to be taken cared of. Last step was him and his team restoring the damaged carpet in which they did an outstanding job and it was cleaned to perfection. I have been dealing with flooding issues in my house since November, yes you read that correctly, November. Eco flood and mold has been there since day one and the owner Kenny has been involved every step of the way. Kenny and his team have been thorough and quick on each of these jobs. Their communication is top-tier compared to any company that I’ve worked with. I got an email summary of every single phone call, which I found helpful to track the progress of our project. The administrators were friendly and thorough, the contractors were kind and honest, and their employees worked hard and seemed to care about the quality of their work.

I don’t plan on having mold again, but if I do, I’d choose Christian Brothers.

When our condo had water damage, we dealt with both Victoria and Ashley to get testing done (very quick) and restoration started. Victoria was very professional, freindly & understanding.

This company is the best and all the workers are genuine! Maria is awesome and the boss man Micah is very genuine.They keep their facility very clean and well cared for and for an amazing job when doing work. I wouldn't recommend anyone else.

Kellie came to check the progress of leak repair. He was extremely courteous and explained the process as he was doing it, which I found very helpful and informative. I am a tenant to the residence and was treated as if it was my property which was also comforting.
