First met Sam, project manager. Super nice guy, professional, very thorough. Did a very thorough inspection of what needed to be done, and set things up right away. Whenever I needed to contact him he would respond right away, thoughtful and caring.
I can only say the absolute best about Sam. I could tell right from the start with his preparation that he cares about what he is doing and has very good attention to detail. Always on time, works very cleanly and efficiently. I was very reassured with the quality of his work from start to finish. He had a helper with him, I apologize, not sure of his name, he was also very good, they worked quietly and efficiently together. I will definitely recommend Servpro Northeast Long Beach...

Our family called ED5 Chimney Inspection & Chimney Cleaning Serv. because our fireplace wasn’t drawing correctly. Jamie inspected everything carefully and explained the need for chimney cap repair and chimney lining services. He also provided a chimney rebuild service on a damaged portion of our brickwork, which made the system look new. The fireplace cleaning service was thorough and left no mess behind. I was impressed with his recommendation of a chimney heat shield service to improve safety. On top of that, the chimney cap installation service was quick and professional. He even performed a fireplace repair service that solved our airflow issues. I couldn’t be happier with the care and attention provided by Jamie.

My experience with ED5 Chimney Inspection & Chimney Cleaning Serv. was excellent thanks to technician Noah. He performed a complete Chimney Inspection, taking time to explain each finding. His Chimney Cleaning made the fireplace draft much better. Noah worked neatly and professionally. I appreciated his careful approach to safety. Everything was done efficiently. I would definitely hire them again.

I needed some repair work done on the brick work around my flower bed. I called Starks Construction and spoke with Lincoln. Lincoln was very polite and professional and he agreed to do the work. Lincoln did an outstanding job at a very fair price. I highly recommend him.

Starks Construction built a 4' x 20' pony wall to separate our property from the worst kind of neighbor you don't want to live next to. Lincoln was professional, on time, built a great block wall and did what he said he would do. We would not hesitate to recommend him to our friends and would use him again. Thanks Lincoln Starks. had Starks Construction cover our 1922 craftsman house's plain concrete front porch with brick pavers, and it came out great. Neither my husband nor I knew much about masonry or what was possible. When Lincoln came out to quote the job, we told him what we had in mind, and he threw out some great suggestions that really made the finished product look professional. The other two companies we got quotes from didn't offer up any ideas to help us out. Lincoln suggested bullnose bricks with rounded edges on the steps, and cutting wedges to retain the curved ends we liked on our current concrete steps. They also leveled the new brick surface, since the old concrete was sagging on one side. The whole crew was easy to work with and the job took 3.5 days. Our neighbors and friends have been complimenting it and we're super happy with the results!

Slow and under staffed. Not very helpful

A smaller Home Depot but very efficient. My only gripe is that this store don’t always stock what I need.

I went to buy this ladder, asked one of the ladies to help me find it, she did and when I was at the cashier they told me the price was $159.99 even when the sticker price at the store at $89.88. I recently lost my job but still have to take care of my Moms house. AC unit is leaking and really need to fix it. Workers at the store should be thankful they have a job. in a different scenario I would have just not pay for it but it's an emergency. Home Depot no good.

Home Depot is hands down my favored store of all time. And let’s be honest there’s not a bunch of Harvard graduates working there. As as soon as the CAT knives showed up on the Home Depot site I inquired with one of the sales associates and she replied “ kitty cat”

Of course I was referring to the CAT - Caterpillar- heavy equipment operator company

But they don’t carry the stores so I understand for her it’s not part of her required curriculum.

I was looking for a replacement bulb for a lava lamp which are specialty bulbs ( of course they have to heat to a precise degrees or they ruin the substance inside the lava lamp)
And the sale aaaociate, looked at me all confused
Then said “ really your supposed to use a special kind of bulb, I guess that’s why all the floor models of the lava lamps got ruined right after I changed the bulbs”

And at the moment he was trying to help me find the bulb I needed

Not only did I memorize every single sku number of every item we carried I taught myself how to use every last one. And do construction to this day and I’m 43

I loved my job and was always very knowledgeable about everything we sold.

There’s maybe two employees in every store that actually feels that way about customer service and it’s super lame because sometimes u do need assistance
Even worse when u need something like materials for a job u don’t want to run into a guy who’s trying yo “ fake it till he make it”

If u get materials u need to have cut for your order and prepared before u leave by the time u get back ti the job And find out the size is wrong u have lost time that could make or break that job and customer

I still give it 5 stars because of inventory and my overall need for brands like Milwaukee and channel lock that lame Lowe’s doesn’t carry and that’s the only other option we would have
