I live near Lakewood so I gave this company a try for binding repair on my wool rug. The edges were curling and looked messy. They made the whole thing simple and smooth. I liked how clear their communication was. Their process made it very easy for me since I have a busy schedule. When it came back, the rug looked flat and clean on the sides. It made my room feel better right away.

I had a wonderful experience with this local business. I live right here in Lakewood and wanted a specialist close by to clean my delicate antique floor coverings. The office staff was extremely helpful and polite when I called to ask about their pricing. On the day of the service, they arrived right on time to pick them up. They did a deep, detailed Oriental rug cleaning that removed some old coffee spots that had been there for a long time. The house smells so clean now that the rugs are back in place. It is nice to find a reliable company that actually does a perfect job. I will definitely recommend them to all my neighbors.
