Frustrating experience. They were very nice women and pleasant but the cleaning was not good.

We paid over $200 for a full service cleaning and unfortunately the house was not cleaned well at all. We had a party the day after we ordered the cleaning, and they left us with more cleaning than before we left the house.

They piled all of the stuff under our couches and behind our stove and fridge in our kitchen for us to clean and organize which is not what we wanted the day before our party. I spent an additional 2 hours having to organize our stuff and then clean the kitchen that was covered in dust.

They left our sliding glass door dirty, the tracks dirty, and our floors were not swept or mopped. The toilets were still dirty, and overall we had an uphill battle to clean our house.

I wouldn't have been frustrated about this if we had paid $80-$100 but we paid way over $200. When I mentioned my instant issues with their work, they mentioned things like "if we had more time, we could have..." Or "yeah we focused on this and this..."

That's not what we wanted. We asked them to clean the house, not touch up on small things.

It's unfortunate that I have to leave this review but communication is important and it would have been nice of the women to have told us up front what they were and weren't going to clean. They were here for 4 hours and it felt like they barely cleaned.

The fact that I walked into my house after the cleaning and it didn't smell like cleaning products should have been my first red flag.

I won't be using their services again and I advise that if you do decide to use their services, make sure to create a checklist and agree upon what you want to be cleaned for the price they give.

Have had crystal and her girls cleaning mine and my daughters house for a little over a year now and i have no complaints always very thorough in their cleaning and very friendly and respectful. Good job girls.

Asked a black female worker where the gift cards where she said she show me only to follow the black get worker to find out she picking up items why is the black wort lying what a shameful worker

No one is even in the department to help you. I called to ask, Is there somebody that can help me to answer questions about your vegetable plants? I purchased a tomato plant and would like to know if they've been hardened off so that I could transplant it. She says no. Nobody works in that department. I'll give you the customer service and they never answer. Walmart has terrible customer service.

Im mad rn beacuse i baught plants and i was trying to walk out from the other side and they said i didnt buy them and they took them away like wth i had my baby and girl there and i told them to through the papper away but when i got to the other side they took it away like what a bad worker they should get fierd....

It's a decent Home Depot... Usually have the odds and ends you can't find at Lowe's. They can have some pretty good clearance and out of seasoned plants. It is usually pretty well maintained.

The work was good. The price higher than I feel was warranted. As with many services these days, people do not come when they say they will and do not call ahead when they will be delayed or unable to come.

I called to have someone come out and quote on some yard work I needed done on my vacation home, but the guy never showed up. My husband and I both called and left messages to find out what happened, but our calls were never returned. I'm not even sure if this is a legitimate business!
