They were fair priced, communicative, hard working, and professional. They went above and beyond removing items left at a residence and did not break until the job was complete. It was a bigger job than I or they had anticipated and they still pulled through without complaint and honored our agreement/contract.

The absolute best customer service I have ever had. I wanted to get my yard together for Mother's Day and OH junk it definitely delivered. I contacted them on Friday they gave me a great estimate I couldn't turn down when other companies have charged me an arm and leg, and was there Saturday morning getting rid of all my unwanted trash. I made a random choice for a junk removal company and I could not of been happier. These guys busted thier backs not only taking the junk but also sweeping and cleaning up leaves and dirt that was beneath. Polite and a pleasure to deal with. Pricing is fair and transparent. Called and they came to east palmdale for a Blue dumpster with fast delivery date and drop off. Jose was very nice and was transparent about how payment, pricing, and drop off/pick up worked. Communication was clear and tries to contact you via phone call & text which is convenient when at work.
If you ever need a dumpster or trash pick up, this business is what you’re looking for.

You will not regret entrusting Oh Junk It Junk Removal to get rid of your unwanted items!! My friend died unexpectedly and her immediate family lives out of state so it was left up to me and a couple of extended relatives in California to handle her things. Her things included a storage unit the size of a good- sized bedroom that was filled from the front to the back!! I still remember how we gasped when we lifted up the door of the storage unit (it was a horrible sight!). We spent several hours on two days going through the storage unit but only made a small dent in the contents. Enter Oh Junk It Junk Removal. I found their number through a google search for Junk Removal Services in Lancaster, California. I explained my situation to Steve who patiently listened and then shared different options for getting rid of unwanted items, not just his service (how often do you encounter that?) I was so impressed by his knowledge, professionalism and goodwill that I called him the next day to schedule an appointment for him to see the storage unit. Friday of that same week we met. He looked at the unit and gave me a great estimate to clear it out. I was very surprised and impressed by how quickly and systematically Steve and Noah (just two people) cleared out my friend's unit! They even swept the floor, and took the items that I wanted to keep to my car and loaded them into my trunk. What more can I say? I highly recommend Oh Junk It Junk Removal if you ever find yourself in a situation where you are in need of an excellent Junk Removal Service!

I ended up having to clear out my storage last minute. I googled junk removal near me and found Steve & company. He responded as soon as possible via text. I asked for a quote for same day removal and sent over a photo of what I needed to be hauled away.

I got the quote, and was able to set a time and send my location. The three of them did come out by the time we discussed, in the Antelope valley heat, and pick up, pack away and help me SO much by removing the things I could I longer keep.
