Arctic Air was phenomenal!
Our HVAC broke down while having a Senior, someone on disability, and 2 small children in the house. AA sent Mike out the very next day and he was able to quickly and efficiently diagnose and repair the issue in record time. (He even cleaned out the unit to ensure it would keep running optimally!)
The service was courteous, quick, and very reasonably priced!
They're also coming out this Winter and Spring for preventative check ups, all included.We have definitely found a company that has earned us as a long term customer. I can't speak highly enough about the excellence of service!

Joseph Klauser handled the service checkup for winter on our maintenance contract . He did an excellent job checking out the equipment the filter and the heater. He also was very good about explaining what he was doing.

Quick and professional service. Called in the morning and they were here that afternoon. That is rare in my area. Jerry was very nice and caring. I had a mini meltdown and he handled it well and with kindness. Totally recommend.
