Initially I was well pleased with Glenn's service. He gave us a good estimate, we set a date & Glenn along w/ his crew arrived. The work was accomplished quickly & when they left all worked.

But since my attempts to get some post-repair repair work done -- no call back.

Now the message box is full. Now our pleasure has dwindled & evaporated.

Glenn personally answered my call and immediately came when our sprinkler broke down. Can you imagine what a big relief when your problem has been given immediate solution. Thank you Glenn for your help. You will always be in my thoughts in my future projects and I will be recommending you to my friends.

Called up Glenn's Lawn Care to repair 3 sprinkler valves and a shut off switch that were all leaking. Glenn sent over Gus to repair the very next day. I was very pleased with the work and how quickly it was completed. The quote for the repair was very fair. I will defiantly be back to repair my other valves and I will request for Gus. Unfortunately they couldn't handle responding to a request for information, even after a couple attempts at following up. Maybe their work is good when they actually decide to answer the phone, but they were too difficult to even get a hold of.

I Just moved out here from Tennessee and I was looking for information on the types of grass and fertilizer used out here. Each website has tons of different information that makes it difficutl to chose from. A wrong chocie could be catastropic.

Frank Mattison made our backyard beautiful! I was hesitant to go with desert landscape because it can be ugly, but Frank is so incredibly knowledgeable about plants and trees (he is an arborist) that we have year-round blooms throughout the backyard that require minimal water! He is the only landscaper that offered BEAUTIFUL desert landscape with lots of plants, color and variety. Frank designed pathways and furniture areas so that we can enjoy the views whether we are indoors or out. And to top it off, he worked within our budget to provide the best bang for the buck. Our backyard looks far more expensive than it was. ;)

Frank and his team did an amazing job on our backyard. We worked with Jeff to get our quote and make all of the plans for the landscaping. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. The team truly backs their work and products. We faced a problem with the turf that was a manufacturing issue. They liaised with the manufacturer and got it replaced under warranty and Jason, our landscape designer, undertook the reinstallation! Following this, the summer heat in Lancaster caused some wrinkles in the turf. Terry from the team came out to add more sand and power brush the entire lawn. Terry, Jason, Maurice and their crew exceeded our expectations. Our garden was in desperate need of a full transformation by a landscape designer. The exceptional work of this crew really shone when it came to dealing with the problems that were hidden under the surface! My landscape drainage system had been totally overwhelmed by root growth. The front yard was a mishmash of weeds and visible tree roots, and my hardscape was being destabilised by a 30-year-old Meloluca tree.
