Julio and his crew are extremely professional. I have used them twice for bathroom repair and when we added a water line and sink to the laundry room. Both times Julio SAVED me money by giving me ideas and his professional guidance even outside of just the plumbing aspect. I had a serious plumbing issue at my house—my drains were completely backed up, and nothing was draining properly. I called Econo West, and they promptly sent out Jeremy to take care of the problem.
Jeremy was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. He quickly assessed the situation and explained that he would be using a hydro jet to clear the drains. I was impressed with his thoroughness and efficiency. It didn’t take long at all for him to get everything back in working order.
The hydro jet method worked wonders, and my drains have been flowing perfectly ever since. I’m extremely happy with the service and would highly recommend Econo West to anyone in need of plumbing assistance!
