I had plumbing issue Tuesday night and was able to get a technician out at 9am Wednesday. Lee and his crew started working on the problem right away, explained to me all of the steps they are doing and what is expected to happen. Maurice, Christopher, Mario, and Hector were very efficient and thorough with their work; also considerate of the lawn/grass and safety during the whole process. I would highly recommend Roto-Rooter and would definitely use their service again (but hopefully not in the near future).

Excellent service from Alejandro. He was very professional and knowledgeable and explained everything to me so that I could make an informed decision. He was an excellent listener and very patient as I discussed my frustration over my current heater. In addition he was exceptionally clean and neat after removing my old heater and installing a new one, everything looked immaculate. He also ensured that I knew how to operate my heater, discussed the warranty, and urged me to contact him if after he left or in the future, I had questions. I’m very satisfied with my new and better quality heater , and I appreciate the quality of service Alejandro provided. Alejandro is to be commended for providing outstanding customer service. Thank you.
