Called them to check a sewer lateral that had plugged up and they found a strange object left In the sewer district line was directly blocking where our line tied in. They contacted the sewer district who came right out and removed the blockage in less than an hour.

Trenchless Titan was recommended to me by two inspectors. The inspector from Trenchless Titan broke his camera during the inspection. The inspector indicated he needed to come back with a new camera. My contingencies needed to be removed 5 days later. No report - no calls -nothing. I called repeatedly on the day the contingencies were due to be removed. I was promised early in the morning I would soon get a report. I called numerous times during and day and was told I would have my call returned. Now, 4:00 - no report - they are not answering their phones - the line is busy.

Company does not take responsibility for their actions. Driver did not stop to see if I was hurt or handle accident properly. Now is saying that they won’t take responsibility for their faults. If they do this to me they will not take responsibility for anything. They are not a business of integrity or accountability.

As a over 24 year real estate agent, it was so refreshing to work with such a professional company. Had a last minute need for an inspection. They answered the phone at 730AM, was able to get out to help us with an inspection by 11AM and had the report in hand by end of business next day. The inspectors that came out were knowledgeable, courteous to the homeowner and a delight to work with, Highly recommend.

We needed fast, dependable and reasonable work performed at our residence. What had been previously estimated about our situation, was going to break our bank but seeing the orange vehicles driving continually around our neighborhood, I took a chance and decided to call this company. When I explained the current delima and the fact that though we may live in one of the most affluent areas of what is deemed as exclusively financially viable, we were a old marin family that was not of those kind of means. The person on the other end was a family member of this family business that too, was multi generational from marin and made me feel assured that their company was compationate and would work with our budget. Well, I am happy to say, they luved up to what they promised amd made the day. I highly recommend this company above all others, and that goes for those good Ole boys that have been here for over a hundred years amd have monopolized marin, because I have used them too, and say, Trenches Titans, your the best.

I don't write many reviews, but really felt I needed to tell people about the wonderful experience I just had with Trenchless Titans.
They were on time, knowledgeable, friendly, and HONEST.
We called them for a service and after scoping our sewer lateral, they told us the service wasn't necessary. That saved us hundreds and we would've never known differently.
Chris was so understanding about budget restraints and wasn't pushy at all!
With integrity like this, we will definitely be using them for all future work.

We recently had our upper sewer lateral replaced by Trenchless Titans. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Every aspect of our experience, from the guys being on time, start to finish, their excellent communication on site and their cleaning up and thoughtfully restoring our yard was exceptional.

The folks in the front office are easy to reach, provide good information and are consistently helpful.

Overall, the experience was absolutely 5-star, and I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Professional, polite, and congenial from beginning to end. Thrilled that they were very conscientious about Covid-19 safety-related issues in spite of everyone having been vaccinated. They did the job requested and did it to an exacting standard. Courteous employees (so much so that they even brought our garbage bins in for us on garbage day. Seriously? What company has ever done that for you before?) consistently going above and beyond. Nothing was done that wasn't discussed in the estimate and revised estimate. The revision was due to a surprise upon opening up some of the concrete. It happens when someone is working on a property built in 1906 and honestly was not completely unexpected. Everything was clearly delineated in the estimates. All permits obtained, road signs placed, inspections scheduled. Plants carefully removed, set aside and then replaced beautifully after the work was done. The opening in the street was resurfaced as well as repairs to all of the concrete areas which had needed to be torn up for the upper, lower and additional line sewer lateral replacements. Meaning steps, sidewalk, area in front of the basement door, everything. We should have hired them to redo all of the steps. The areas they repaired look far superior to what was there originally! A great company is one that will fix a problem that happens in the normal course of doing the complicated (in my case) job of a sewer lateral and PIPESPY is THAT great company. The estimate they gave was within the what I thought I would pay. Their time estimate was also reasonable because some jobs take longer than others. The crew and owners are professional and courteous. They always called with updates before the job, and they called to make sure everything was working well after the job. Thank you very much!

They will over charge you on the estimate (seriously question them on their costs). They then took too many jobs and had to push my appointment. Then when I needed an urgent repair before my appointment they told me there was nothing they could do - and that I could not use my house for a month! Glad I called Trenchless Titan - they had me up in three days. I never write reviews, but I had to share this terrible customer service by Pipespy's own manager.

Very professional team that provides turnkey service for all things plumbing. They we able to expedite a new sewer lateral installation prior to a city enforced “no work” moratorium.

I had Pipe Spy several years ago and was very pleased with the work that was done. A problem arose today with the city about leaks and pipes, etc. with our area. I called Pipe Spy and in a short time the gentleman was at my home. He was very helpful and kind. I would never hesitate in having Pipe Spy as my company to address plumbing issues.

Pipe Spy Marin recently replaced our compromised clay sewer lateral pipe (from 1958) that was continually filling with roots. At our request, they used a trenchless method, pulling a cone-shaped bursting head through the old clay pipe to break it and push the pieces out into the surrounding soil. A new HDPE pipe was pulled into the space that was created. We chose that method because there is a steep slope from the house down to the street. Digging a trench would have been a mess and damaged the landscaping, and we were worried about subsequent erosion of the disturbed soil. The only digging was at the upper and lower clean-out access points. After the project was completed we could hardly tell that anything had happened, other than nice new clean-out concealers. We are very pleased with the process and the results.

Avoid Pipe Spy. They break contracts. They backed out of our signed contract after months with a flimsy excuse. I should have done my homework and seen all the negative reviews where they tried gouging clients, where they left jobs unattended for weeks, and where they didn't follow the conditions of permitted work. Thankfully I avoided these outcomes because they never did the work. The Better Business Bureau is posting my valid complaint, which Pipe Spy had an inadequate and inaccurate response to. They don't deserve a BBB good rating or a Diamond Certification. Marin, you are warned to avoid them.
