John is very professional. Gave us very good advice and explained us the problem in detail . We were able to fix it ourselves due to his advice. He didn't even charge us the service fee as he only charges if he fixes the problem. Highly recommended.

Called this company on a Saturday Afternoon and ask him about my dryer outlet I just purchased A stackable Washer and dryer the cord to the dryer is a little short I ask him can the outlet be turned around he says No the whole plug need to be engineered over then I asked another question then started getting frustrated And hung up the phone in my face. I will never, ever recommend this company to anyone.
He don't even deserve a one star When you have a business, you have to learn how to talk to people in spite of RUDE RUDE RUDE

Around 6pm on a Saturday evening, I realized that a couple of electrical outlets in my garage were not working. I had a fridge/freezer plugged in and did not want to let the food spoil.

I checked the breakers and nothing was out. I could not figure out what the issue was. I Googled electricians in my area and Peak Electrical was one of the top search results. I called around 6:30pm hoping I could at least make an appointment for the next day or as soon as possible since it was already so late in the evening. After patiently listening to my problem, John diagnosed the issue and walked me through the solution over the phone. It worked!

He was so super helpful and deserves all the best for his business. I am so grateful for his help and appreciate the kindness he provided. There is always something new to learn as a homeowner and this was one of those moments! The fix was so simple, I actually said, "they should teach us this stuff in school!" lol.
