They came on time and did a wonderful job cleaning our rental when we moved out . Our landlord was pleased. I highly recommend Molly maids. They cleaned the floors drawers baseboards oven …. Everything

They’re supposed to be a cleaning service, moving out of small apartment and just asked them to throw everything away. Lied about how much stuff was in my apartment. I new instantly when they looked around they didn’t want to do it. They are lazy and said I have too much trash also while asking to use my trash bags but they are the cleaning service. If you want their services your place house, apartment, etc might as well basically be clean. I even offered to help with the trash although they were still going to get paid. Their only response was they don’t make the rules. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I absolutely love Team 9. Anna is one of the best. Management is very responsive and understanding when I have any concerns. I know my home is complicated, but they do such a great job. Lifetime client.

Molly Maids have been great on time and if not they let me know most of the time at least a day early. Do a great job and love the fact they get surprised check-ups by their supervisors, I don't think they need them my ladies Maria and Gissela are great. I love coming into a sparkling clean home.

We were customers for 10 years. Then we stopped for 2 months because of construction and when we tried to resume they tried to double the price. They didn't do that great of a job. Very unsatisfied on how long term customers are treated. They would also often cancel or come at the wrong times.....

The main team is always really helpful and the communication is wonderful. I do tend to change things last minute, and they are so patient and flexible with me. I try not to do it too often

I use to own a home and had Molly Maids service for 14yrs. I moved into a rental and two years later bought a home again. Molly came out and did a one-time clean for me with very little notice; excellent work as usual!

My fiancé and I had a two lovely women from the company to our home to do a “deep cleaning.” We have a two story, 4 bedroom/2.5 bathroom home and it is SPOTLESS. Not a single smudge on the appliances- which I’ve never had success in. The ceiling fans- clean, the vents? Clean. Showers, mirrors- all glass in the house? ALL CLEAN. Came a bit before the our appointment window but came in and IMMEDIATELY got straight to work. Those women are my absolute heroes. They did an absolute fantastic job. Couldn’t recommend them more.

I was amazed at how beautiful of a job they did. Those ladies worked hard to make my baseboards look new. I was in awe and just couldn't believe how clean they were. On time, amazing job. Would recommend the ladies that came to my aid. They cleaned 2 bathrooms, master bedroom, kitchen, living room and our daughters blinds. I’m definitely scheduling them again. Awesome job. Such a stress reliever to have help.

Had Molly Maids do a “one time” cleaning. They spent around five hours in our 2,474 sq ft home and it was gleaming when they were done. We are so pleased and are now having them come biweekly to help us keep it in tip top shape.

I had an empty house where I needed the bathrooms, window sills and kitchen counters and oven cleaned. There was no furniture to dust. The carpets and the kitchen floor were going to be cleaned by a carpet, cleaning company. I felt it was a little expensive for the few items cleaned. There were two ceiling fans and only one was cleaned. Molly maid wanted to charge extra for cleaning shutters and blinds.
On another note, the initial call was very professional and helpful. Araceli was very knowledgeable and kind. The two girls that came to the home (Maria and Clara) were also very nice and did a good job.
