Just Drains is a joke. The landlord sent them to my business to clear some toilets yesterday, still no resolution. Called the business number and a lady on a cell phone picked up and handed the phone over to Jeff, the owner.

I expressed to him my dissatisfaction for the lack of communication and service that him and his team did yesterday. He ended up hanging up on me when he wasn't happy with what I said.

There was no communication to me, my staff on the diagnostic outcome; they just did the best they can do to waste my time and I still have the problem. They removed two toilets to snake the problem because they couldn't find the outside clean-out. Not only that, they left a mess and sewage on my tile floors. They didn't even bother to clean up after themselves. My staff hand no idea that their team left our business. They were like ninjas.

After much research, turns out the guy isn't even licensed. SMDH. How do you do business without a license.

Use a real plumber.

Rosco's Formally known as just Drains, Came out to unclog a Main sewage Drain, at my mothers house in Tracy. Fast service Correct the problem. Will Definitely Recommend . price was very Fair.

I had an awesome experience with this company. They quoted me over the phone lower than the other companies I called and did extra work that was not quoted. Can't go wrong with them!
Also, over the years I have had to call a plumber a few times. Each time they come out, the friendly service and excellent work is a "Wow" each time. I highly recommend them.

Was very professional and understanding of my problem with the drain. Snaked it several times to make sure that it was clear. Fixed my problem with my drain and I'm very happy!

Knights does it again! Called this morning, hoping against hope they could have somebody come out the same day to look at a leak in my shower stall. Couple hours later, Joe was out. He took a look at our issue, knew what he needed to do and took care of it; all in less than an hour. He even noticed how my outdoor hose faucet was leaking and offered to fix that too. We are ecstatic with his professionalism and expertise. Cannot be happier. Thanks Knights for another job well done!

Jason with Knights Plumbing was really there for us when we needed someone. It is rare to see a service such as plumbing that will work with a customer in the way Jason did, and I plan to always use this company. It is my hope that times will not always be lean and that I can somehow repay the kindness shown to us. Blessings.

Excellent customer service. From the person behind the call to the plumber who comes in. We have worked with good plumbers over the years (10+ years with Knights Plumbing) however, we have our favorite plumber who we request for when he’s available. Jason. His work ethic is excellent. Always nice, respectful, thorough with his work. Today, we called cause we had a leak under our kitchen sink (that i thought I may have made worse over the weekend for trying to change the faucet -- yikes!) He inspected where the leak was coming from, informed us what the problem was (something about valves and no I did not cause it lol) communicated what needs to be done and with approval, he went to work! With Jason today was Miguel. Miguel said he was a trainee but he sure sounded like he's been training with Jason for awhile. He did good! Over all, today's experience with Knights Plumbing and their staff that we worked with was excellent. New kitchen faucet installed and no more leak!

Had a new toilet put in by Victor. Wonderful job and he took the old toilet and boxes with him. Will be having him back to do the dishwasher and garbage disposal put in

I had an issue with the toilet in my upstairs main bedroom backing up, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received. Jason and his assistant were professional, courteous, and extremely thorough. He quickly identified the problem, explained everything clearly, and resolved the issue efficiently. Today we had the pleasure in having Victor come to our home to do a tune up. As always a true perfesional. He had done some work on our home few years ago, and did such an overall amazing work. The customer service he provides on top of his knowledge, and performance is rare to find. We've experienced some rough ones before running into Victor. He is definitely our long tern. Victor came out and was prompt, respectful, and very informative. He communicated the issues, gave options, and walked me through the process for repairs. He made sure to answer all my questions and completed the repairs in a timely manner. The staff at Knights Plumbing were great in communicating the schedule and project timelines. Victor and his team were awesome!

Victor was personable, very professional, and fast. I had an electrical issue and he reached out to an electrician on my behalf.

After our water heater died, Knights was quick to respond, and quickly determined the problem. They gave us several options, from trying to repair our fairly old heater, to 4 replacement options. We went with one of the replacement options, and it was installed the next morning. They also offer a very affordable service plan that includes free annual inspections among other benefits. A great product at a more than reasonable price.

I think I got the best service person. Same day service. My husband passed recently so I looked back to see who used-Knights. He had joined a program for pre-payment.
The office staff was amazing on scheduled same day service. I think I got the best service rep-Jason. So kind, professional and informative.

I am very pleased with the meticulous work that Victor did to fix the leak in the shower. It required coming through the drywall and replacing the shower handle. He explained everything he was doing and even let me ask questions. He is also extremely tidy and cleaned the work area before he left. I would recommend knights plumbing and recommend Victor to do the job! A very pleased and happy customer! 😁

1. Knights pluming and drain came out the next day! That worked so well with renovations happening in the bathroom
2. Victor is a great young man. Very knowledgeable in all aspects of his job. He made several suggestions due to age of plumbing along with things that can be done along the road. Did a great job cleaning up too.
