  We were so lucky to find Prahlad and his company PDW (Plumbing & Drain Worx). He will now be our plumber forever. The company is just so well run. They know what they are doing, their work is always perfect, they clean up after themselves and their prices are super fair. We have used them more than once now. In our own home we had them install sink faucets, instahot (filtered hot and cold water), toilets and Toto Washlets. Some of the work they did for us was very complicated because our house is old and we were doing things piece meal to deal with our budget. Prahlad understood and helped us. They always come when they say they will. They are never late and when they leave it is as if they were not here. We also are House Managers and Contractors. We retained them to work on a very expensive old house in a fire zone and the ideas Prahlad had as to fire protection and other things were amazing. On the roof they installed fire sprinklers that you have never seen before. They came up with the idea and it is several Rainbird sprinklers that cover the entire roof, pressurized by a pump and can be turned on with the owner's or our phone. It is just amazing and we have been in business for years and have never had someone take our concerns in a fire zone with the seriousness they did. The renovation was a big job with a lot of work and they got it done with no need to redo things, they just did it right the first time. Among other things, they did all new copper water lines, new waste and vents, and new gas lines. They installed regulators, back flow valves, a wonderful heat pump water heater and a whole house water pressure pump that makes up for low pressure high up in the hills above Brentwood. The steam shower they put in is beautiful. They did all the toilets, and all had Toto Washlets. They also did fixture and appliance installation, water filtration, and great leak detection and camera inspection of our drain lines. Every employee is kind and courteous. Prahlad takes his company very seriously and that is why they have great reviews. We could not be more happy. Our client is happy (most important) and their billing is detailed and again fair. They are just the best. One of our clients is looking to buy a mansion in the Valley. We were tasked with having all the inspections done and done fast, because we were only allowed so many days for the contingency with the seller to list all defects on this huge house. Just this past month, we called Prahlad Wahoff at PDW Plumbing & Drain Worx in Los Angeles for an inspection. My call for the inspection was answered right away and I asked the staff to call my husband right away as we were on a time crunch. They did and he received a phone call straight away. They came out to do the inspection and were so great. They were careful and looked at everything. We had a report in a day and it was perfect. We could not be happier with PDW and have no need to ever look for another plumber again. They are our go to people and they have done a lot of work for us and we are very picky as our are clients.
