Do not give your hard earned money to this company. STAY AWAY. They only care about making money and do not care about people. They were hired to work on the apartment below mine. They were doing EXTREMELY loud non-emergency work until 3:00 AM in the morning even after repeated requests from both me and the property manager for them to stop. This is despite it being illegal to do noisy construction after 7:00 PM. It was not until the police showed up that they finally left. After this they still had to return the next day to finish their work. I called their office to voice my complaint and Linda told me: What's done is done and there's is nothing she can do about it now. As for why her guys worked until 3:00 AM and until police told them to leave, she said it was because they wanted to finish... That is an absurd excuse for breaking the law and working that late. This shows a complete failure in company leadership. Their disregard for me and my family shows how little they care. My wife and I had to go to work the next day on 2 hours of sleep because of this. I work in a high risk enviroment so it is extremely unsafe to work on such little sleep. SO PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUISNESS. There are plenty of other businesses' out there who do honest work and care about affecting others.

Long story short, I own a condo that has had insufficient hot water for several months. They were hired by the HOA to repair. They misdiagnosed bad shower valves and replaced them. Another company came out and found leaks in the hot water system. I called and left a message with the receptionist to get a call back with a status update. Never got the call back.

I had a kitchen drain backed up. A very green plumber showed up and attempted to clear the pipe. Plumber was unable to clear and stated I had roots in the pipe. The plumber left and the sink was still clogged for the most part. I was told I would receive a quote shortly to clear the roots. I did not receive a quote for almost a week. I had to call, and then two days later I finally received a quote by email for $1500.00. This included a camera inspection and hyrdro-jet to clear roots. This seemed high to me, I called around and got additional quotes for similar work, every other place I called was a third of the price. I had another plumber from another company come out, he cleared the pipe in 10 minutes with a snake and said he did not find any roots. I was then sent a bill from Drain Medix for the initial work. When I called to discuss the bill, I asked for the manager, the woman on the phone stated she was the manager. I talked through everything, she stated there was roots in the pipes and she could send me pictures. I'm a little unclear why she didn't do that in first place when they sent over the 1500.00 quote. After discussing everything, the "manager" who ended up being the "office manager" stated she would let the "supervisor of the guys" know. Felt a little bait and switchy- Overall, the communication and professionalism of this company was very poor on top of what appeared to be a very high quote for work.

Saved me from making a mistake. Other companies had quoted me for the installation of a toilet and water heater but when they came their prices changed until I contacted Drain Medic Rx Plumbing. They installed both with no issues and then just recently used them to clear a drain with no hidden costs. Very experienced and professional. This will be my only plumber.

We have worked with Drain Medic twice now. We live in an older condo complex that doesn’t have individual unit or even building water shut off. We had a planned repair one time and we scheduled with Casera for the shut off. She was VERY helpful and professional and the guys who came to shut off the water were very respectful and worked with our plumber to make sure everything worked properly after they turned the water back on. Today we had an unplanned repair of an old corroded angle stop that began leaking. Again Casera worked with us and she was able to fit us in for the next day. Omar who came out was very helpful and patient. We couldn’t be more pleased with the service. I will definitely call on them to schedule future plumbing services.

I would give them one star if I would. These guys are not competent in their job. We had a water leak from the bathtub in my rental, HoA called Drain Medic on my behalf. Shortly after they finished the work, the leak started again. With no more trust in Drain Medic, the tenant called his own plumber to diagnose the problem. His plumbing company told me that Drain Medic mis-diagnosed the problem, they only fixed part of the leak, but not all. Because of the nature of urgency, we had the new plumbing company fixed the issue. Due to the lack of competency of Drain Medic, I am now stuck with two bills addressing exactly the same issue. When communicating to Drain Medic, they refused to take any responsibility for their lack of competency.
