We had a great experience with Shaws. Say Vang was professional, nice and fixed our heating issue in a quick and timely manner. We will definitely call them in the future for any further needs.

We had our unit serviced by Shaws the last day of September. Everything went well. Turned the heater on yesterday for the first time, and it didn’t work. I gave them a call and their service man came out within 24 hours. A wire harness was not plugged in all the way from the prior visit. An honest mistake on their end that they fixed! Now we are warm n cozy! Thanks, Bill M!

Tech Aramis who came out was great. Gave me educational information about my system and explained a couple things that I really should know. Explain the process and addressed the concerns I had, and provided several options. I am glad I contacted them for service. I'll update once the work is completed so far they have been great.

I was looking for a good company to clean my dryer vent and Shawn’s had the best reviews. Zack came in today and his work was amazing and he even guided me on what to do to keep it clean and safe. Thank you so much to Shawn’s Home Comfort and to Zack Montejano for their help.

Great service! Patrick was very knowledgeable and courteous. He was able to explain/show the problem, how to repair, and professional. The office kept me up to date on the part being ordered and once in they were able to come out same day! Definitely recommended!!

Our air conditioner is only 4 years old and the motor went out. Shaws got our new motor replaced under warranty and we didn’t have to worry about anything. It was also discovered that we had a hole in our copper pipe to the actual unit and they completely fixed that issue as well. I signed up for their yearly maintenance service and they changed out all my filters and cleaned the unit up. They were fast, easy to work with and the technicians that came out were super friendly and knowledgeable.

Thank you Shaw's for the amazing service I called late yesterday 9/8 and they were able to get me scheduled next day. Juan Cabrera was very polite, professional, and very quick/professional with his work. He was able to inspect the issue and give me a quote within minutes. Super thankful he was able to fix our problem within a couple hours! Will definitely call again if I ever need service.

Yesterday we called Shaw's Home Comfort for the second time this year. Just like the first time, we were very happy with the service.
Today Eric replaced the plumbing in our guest bathroom. He explained everything he was doing in detail. His level of professionalism and caring was very refreshing.!!!

Our heat wasn’t kicking over, called Shaws and within 4 hours I had a tech at my house. Went with a full system placement, and thanks to Jose and Carlos my house has functioning HVAC about 40 hours after my initial call. They came in, replaced the whole thing in a day and cleaned up after themselves. Truly a great experience and you should definitely sign up for the penguin priority

Efficient and clear. Happy with their service despite the unfortunate news that I have to replace my system. They explained the process to me clearly and I was pleased with the overall experience. Jose was the technician that came out to the house. He was very knowledgeable and patient with my questions.

I was having some issues with my tankless water heater and Erik was quickly able to diagnose my issue and resolve my issue. Erik is very knowledgeable and has a service approach not trying to sell you anything extra. I will be doing preventative maintenance on my tankless water heater and I will be requesting Erik for this job.

I had Shaws come and look at my AC unit that wasn’t working. They were able to get me an appointment quickly. They diagnosed the problem and gave me several options. Would highly recommend and will be using myself in the future.

I’d like to thank Jeff and as a team, especially Damien for your prompt thorough service. Our heater went Went out on the evening of the 10th. Sauce team was able to get his appointment that Sunday between eight and noon they came out had the part and fix a problem. I greatly appreciate it.

Zack and Erik were great, both super personable and great technicians. Zack a look at my heating system and walked me through everything I needed to know. Erik took a look at my water heater, water softener, and reverse osmosis. He was great at explaining what he was doing and why as well as how often these services should be performed. All great to know as a first time home owner.

Very good experience with Shaws and Jose Bautista. We needed a heater repair. Jose was very knowledgeable, and repaired it with no problem. He took time to explain the issues, showing many photos of the areas of concern, and answering all my questions. Excellent customer service!

Erik did a great job. He got here exactly at 8am as scheduled. Erik cut only the amount of wall necessary. He found the water leak quickly and repaired the issue. Great customer service. I definitely recommend him for plumbing repairs. Thank you.

Kyle Alcorn was awesome. Kyle was kind, patient, and very understanding of our situation. He had the problem solved in 20 minutes and savee me 5 hours of work and kept me from having to crawl under my home to fix it. Great employee with excellent customer service skills.
