    We had our unit serviced by Shaws the last day of September. Everything went well. Turned the heater on yesterday for the first time, and it didn’t work. I gave them a call and their service man came out within 24 hours. A wire harness was not plugged in all the way from the prior visit. An honest mistake on their end that they fixed!     Tech Aramis who came out was great. Gave me educational information about my system and explained a couple things that I really should know. Explain the process and addressed the concerns I had, and provided several options. I am glad I contacted them for service. I'll update once the work is completed so far they have been great.

    A little more transparency on their website with respect to making appointments would be nice. On their website, it seems very convenient to book an appointment. However, what they don't tell you though, is that its nearly $100 to get that estimate. Had I known, I wouldn't of never wasted my time booking with them. Got 3 other estimates today from 3 other reputable companies and none of them charged. 1 other one only charged $49. Their reviews on Yelp on top of this leads me to really question their honesty and integrity. Its dissapointing cause I always thought very highly of this company before based on their radio ads. Seems like Jeff and Annete do not always live up to what they say on their radio ads. Its all just designed to earn your initial and instant trust only to feel betrayed or overcharged afterwards.
