I called Golden State Mechanical yesterday after my AC stopped working. Another company had already told me the unit was completely done and needed to be replaced, so I was expecting the worst.
Albert came out quickly and was originally just supposed to give me a quote. Instead, he took the time to actually look at the unit, diagnosed the issue, and had it fixed in about 15 minutes.
I honestly couldn’t believe it. No upsell, no pressure—just straight honesty and solid work.
This was easily one of the best service experiences I’ve had. I’ll definitely be using Golden State Mechanical going forward and recommending them to anyone who needs HVAC work.
