John and his crew were very professional. They always showed up when promised and completed the job within the time frame they committed. I even had a need for a few extra pieces of sheet metal and they kindly threw that in and did not even charge me for it. Having my AC quit at the beginning of the heat wave with an infant at home was very stressful, however they got me in right away, and repaired the unit. While I do need to replace it, for a very reasonable price they got it up and running in the interim. John was professional, kind, personable, and really did care about helping us. Took a lot of extra time to answer my questions. I really appreciate the timely service and would highly recommend this company!

Have been using Quality Heating and Air for the past four years for all my repairs and annual maintenance. Will never switch to another provider. They are quick to respond, great value and all the staff's professionalism is amazing. Just got my heating checked for the winter and we should be good to go. They told me what could go wrong ahead of time and this preventive care helps avoid any downtime in the winter.

John arrived in about 10 minutes after my phone call. I called after hours so I wasn’t expecting the quick response time. He got our AC working for the evening and then came back the next day to install a new disconnect and did various maintenance on our system.

We have used Quality a few times now and have been happy each time. The owners are honest and knowledgeable, which even shows in their techs. Devon came out today for our Spring service. He made his recommendations and didn't try forcing any purchases on me unlike most companies. I will be using and referring them in the future without any hesitation!

I had a great experience overall with Quality Sheet Metal Heating and Air. I hired them to replace a section of gutter, and clean and screen the remaining gutters. The estimator, John, came out on time, explained things clearly and concisely, and the quoted price was reasonable and well detailed. The Admin, Tonya, was an excellent communicator and on top of all aspects of the job, and the crew, led by Tyler was on time, thorough, communicative and respectful across the board. They even repaired a few things I had wrong with my roof without my asking and without additional charges. I am super impressed and grateful to have found them! Thanks Quality!!

We LOVE Quality Sheet Metal. Our downstairs A/C stopped blowing cold air, so I called and left a message on a Sunday morning, not really expecting to hear back until Monday. However, within an hour I was called back and John came out to assess my unit that afternoon. After trying multiple fixes, it was determined that we just needed a replacement. John gave us a good, better, best quote and allowed my husband and I to discuss without pressure. On Monday, we decided and by Wednesday our new unit was installed before a major heatwave. All of the employees were friendly, personable, clean and efficient. I always recommend this company and will continue to do so!

This is the only A/C company that you need to call. After multiple recommendations on a Lincoln neighborhood site, we gave them a call. We contacted them because our A/C was not cooling the house like it used to do. It was easy to setup an appointment with Tonya. They communicated over text message a reminder and when our technician was enroute. He arrived on time!! Our technician, Devon, was extremely thorough, professional, knowledgeable, honest, and explained everything he did to service the unit. He expertly services our unit, found several issues that were repaired in 1 visit. Devon neatly clean the area after completing the service (even rolled up and replaced the water hose). Our AC is running super cold!!! I understand why Quality Sheet Metal Heating and Air Inc. was so highly recommended and I too second this and will only be using them for our heating and air conditioning needs. Recently I urgently needed a roof inspection report.
Quality was able to perform the inspection and send the report within a couple of day. Super customer service! Both here at home and at our church, Quality has always been excellent. Trustworthy, thorough, and live up to their name. I would recommend them to do any of the long list of things they cover.

John and his team got to our gutter replacement quickly and professionally. They did a great job and were affordable. We will definitely be using them again for future projects!!

I called for urgent repair because water was bubbling in my ceiling from the storm. I talked to Tanya and she was wondering! Great customer service and got me scheduled right away. Tyler was the tech that came to my house and was great! From the time I called to the time he arrived was less than an hour. He found and fixed the issue with my roof and explained everything to me thoroughly. He was very polite and professional. I greatly appreciate the quick response and getting my roof fixed before it got worse.
