Augie and Shiloh were referred to me by two different prior clients. Both people raved about the professionalism and quality of work by these two men. They quoted me a fair price for pool, deck, and landscape (and all my research online said to make sure that your contractors were familiar with Title 24 rules- which they seemed to have it all memorized). They also were extremely kind in that they never tried to “upsell” me. They simply educated me on options and scenarios where things might be important. I’m glad they informed me about the pros of having a Pentair Heat Pump with the Attendant Remote. Overall, I wouldn’t suggest anyone else for quality, professionalism and price.

I would give Frontier pools more stars if I could. From the moment they gave me an estimate to the day they completed the job, the were very professional. They went above and beyond my expectations. Highly recommended!

We met with Auggie and Shiloh and decided to go with Frontier Pools. Everything was going well until my husband, who works on numerous construction projects, questioned some of the pipes that were used for our spa. Auggie was very attentive and remedied the situation immediately. His son Shiloh, however, began threatening my husband and making accusations about him that were completely untrue. I had to ban Shiloh from my property unfortunately. I would have fired them and went with another pool contractor at that point, but we were so close to the completed project, I decided that was the way to go. Auggie is a wonderful person and I feel bad that he was put in a bad situation that his son created because his son lacked self control.

Frontier Pools was referred to me by a co-worker who had nothing but great things to say about these guys. I met Auggie and Shilo one afternoon, and they laid out the whole process. Because I had NO idea of what we really wanted, their PROFESSIONALISM and extensive EXPERIENCE made us feel at ease with our decision. Landscaping was another area I was very weak in, so Shilo was the man to handle that project. This guy has a vision you can trust! I looked forward to talking to him and hearing of new ideas he had. After nine years, it’s finally time to finish the other half of the walled-in pool area. Yes, I am calling Shilo, at Frontier Pools to make the dream happen! I love this guy and consider him, and his family friends! The nicest people you will ever meet….especially in business.

Frontier Pools build our pool, spa, fire pit and did all our landscaping 7 years ago. We love our pool and backyard. Augie still maintains our pool weekly. We have always been very happy with Frontier Pools services. Augie is an honest man who gives you exactly what you ask for.

Awesome family own company that take pride in their work. Before signing a contract with Frontier Pools, I had a couple of other contractors come out and give me a quote. Let me tell you, Frontier Pools (by far) had the BEST unbeatable price. From day one, everyone was so helpful, polite and professional. The process itself can be very stressful, however, Shiloh, Augie and Bernadette made it everything so much easier and stress free. Horrible pool company. I had a pool put in a couple years ago and it’s been a nightmare ever since for me and my family. The equipment (waterway oasis) they put in to control the pool is absolutely horrible and never works. The pool runs for hours and I can’t turn it off or control anything to do with it. Filter leaks from time to time and everything about this pool is horrible!!!! Been told by multiple pool cleaning companies that the product frontier pools uses is extremely cheap and won’t last. Wish I knew all this before I paid $70,000 for this junk pool. My recommendation, spend more money for another company and don’t use this company.

Very happy with Frontier Pools. Auggie, Bernadette and Shilo are great people …. a family run business. Best price in the AV hands down. Quality workmanship and care for the customer. Very happy with my pool, hot tub, custom rock edging, custom tile, stamped/dyed concrete decking, color plaster, Pentair equipment.

Working with Frontier was a great experience. Shiloh and Augie were very attentive to everything we asked for in our design. Called a few of the top pool builders on Yelp. Frontier was the first to come out for a quote, best price by far, and the quality of my pool is top knotch.

Bernadette, Augie, and Shilo are all great to work with and they went above and beyond my expectations. From the decking, to the extra drains, to the equipment block wall, to the added depth on the deep end, to the quality of equipment they installed.

I think they're a little backed up with clients due to shipping delays but I wouldn't hesitate to call them if you need a pool built. Will definitely be using them again if I need a pool built in the AV.
