I found them on Google/Yelp and hired them back in 2024. Highly recommend them! We needed an assessment of the recently remodeled fireplace to ensure it was to the code. And the key was jammed too. Upon calling them, we quickly got Eli to come to our place and provide an assessment. Absolutely a great guy and very professional too. He is very clean, thorough, professional, and takes the time to explain you everything. I liked that he always answers phone calls unlike many other chimney services. He texts about his ETA before coming to the house too. He made sure our chimneys were all to the code, everything was looking good and did the assessment on the roof too. Since then we have hired him again on emergency during the crazy rain season when our chimney crown broke. He quickly came to help us prevent all the water from going down, ordered parts and came in the near future to install the appropriate fix. Highly recommend going with him!

Eli did such an amazing job. We had strong odor coming in from fireplace chimney due to a dead rodent. Other competitors were not able to detect the issue which was complicated. Eli was very thorough , identified the issue and fixed the opening vent and cleared 2 rodents . Very reasonably priced for the work he did. Also accommodated us in their busy schedule. My family has been using Charlie Dunn & Sons for decades. We used the son for a fireplace inspection for a house we were buying. Charles came to our home and did a fantastic job of cleaning our fireplace flue and our dryer vent. We had not originally planned to have the dryer vent cleaned until we noticed on his website that he provided that service as well. We are so thankful that we did! Our laundry room is on the second floor of our home and vents out to our roof. We were shocked when we saw how much lint was packed in and around the vent of the dryer! This situation explains why we would get an occasional DP fault on our dryer.
