Expensive labor, overstated work that was needed and the difficulty, constantly complained & used foul language when he's annoyed, shoddy fan installation that almost caused an accident & lawsuit, kept on bragging he makes $100/ hr (prolly more now), had to jump his car battery because it wouldn't start, charged $2500 for his work, overpaid by at least $500, way too unprofessional! Mark was able to help me fix my electrical problem in my house over the phone!!!
This was the Friday before a long weekend and I was in a real bind, and despite the fact that Mark was booked out for the next 2 weeks, he took the time to walk me through fixing my problem on the phone.
