Second time I used them

Looks like this guy got my rating removed somehow. This is a terrible business they've killed my animals by cutting large branches 80 ft in the air and letting them drop into my yard, damaged my vinyl fencing, destroyed my garden and came into my yard without any permission. the last time they were here I had to call the police.

Our red leaf oak tree does Not need pruning for another year as we were told by the owner. Thank you for your honesty, promptness on showing up on time and pruning expertise. We will have Alexander's Tree Care do our pruning of our trees in the future!

During a wind storm, a tree close to the house started banging into the structure damaging the edge of the roof, knocking down several tiles. Luckily, there were no leaks.

After reviewing the reviews I selected Alexander's. I emailed the company and they called promptly setting up an appointment. Greg, the owner came right on time to assess the situation and write up a proposal then and there. I remembered him from somewhere. What triggered that is that he's disabled from an auto accident years ago. Nevertheless he is quite able to get around the side of the house, across the lawn and to the scene of the tree crime quite easily. In fact, I had to hustle to stay up with him. Yep, his company had removed a damaged big tree at our house 15 or 20 years ago.

We had some other things in common to talk about, but this was business. He gave me a reasonable bid which I okayed. It was the end of February. A date was scheduled for April. I took a vacation and when I came back, the country was being shut down. The tree date was moved into May.

Come May, I find that yep, we're ON for the date. Greg arrived with a crew of 5 all wearing masks, and colorful matching t-shirts proclaiming membership in Alexander's Tree Service. They got right to work with their saws and ropes with some of the guys on the ground doing simultaneous clean up. They worked like a well-oiled, professional machine. Greg and I sat on the lawn while he "supervised" and we chatted. Two of the guys climbed up the trees, reducing and shaping and removing one tree. It was fun to watch but there was no cry of "timber" and no need to worry about which way a tree was going to fall. We've all seen the videos. After an hour, the work was done some nice logs for the occasional fireplace were stacked.

Bottom Line: This is a professional, efficient crew. The company management showed up when they said they would. Price seemed reasonable for the work and risks involved. Highly recommended.

We had four major pine trees taken out, they were right next to our home. I was at work but when I came home the trees were gone there was no mess and my neighbors came to tell me they were in awe of the work these men did! Our neighbors are now using this company!

Simply Trees did a fantastic job removing a fallen tree in our yard and cutting/trimming the others. They are affordable, professional and most of all do a great job on making your yard look great!

Simply Trees, says it all. I was told on day of estimate and day of tree trimming that while trimming they would do their best to try and not damage any plants under trees , was mainly concerned of a 100 ft tall cedar with many ferns ,foliage etc. they did move about 4 plants i had in pots, that i was unable to move I watched as they cut branches and threw them down. not even an attempt to miss any plants . they didn't use ropes (on cedar) and seem to be in a hurry..any branches were dragged over plants , while being trampled on, I can't say much for the clean up either. have filled 3 large bags of branches etc. and there is still more, The other trees went fine and after all done the trees do look good. which they should for nearly $3,000.

Jason gave a fair estimate; Michele did a great job of keeping me informed; and Sean and his crew did a fabulous job of tree removal. Professional, efficient, helpful, and friendly would be very descriptive words to characterize Simply Trees. They work together as a team, much like the GS Warriors, with each person helping the other to the end! Sean also gave me valuable advice about other trees in the yard. I could not be more pleased with their customer service and dedication to the job. I will certainly be recommending Simply Trees to my friends and neighbors. And to others reading this review....become their customer! You will not regret it!

We had agreed on a date for stump grinding at our place. On the same day early morning they said that their grinding machine broke and didn't update us on anything until now, it been 10 days. we waited for the service for around 22 days and rejected other tree services as we had booked an appointment with these guys. We had done so many tree work in our place with these guys, but this time we are frustrated.
Simply trees you have lost our business and perhaps other potential customers.

Exeptional service. Crew arrived at agreed date/time and was done in a few hours. Five trees, mature, tall, and close to the house. Wood cut, and piled for firewood, stump grinded, clean up was excellent. Crew was safe, efficient, and professional. I appreciated their work ethic; everyone was moving and doing their part like a well oiled machine. We were very pleased with the price; we highly recommend this company.

Simply Trees came to our home to remove a tree that toppled during a storm. They were responsive and answered my call in real time, had an estimator out that day, and removed the tree the next morning. Professional and fast. I am so happy with their service! I will definitely be calling them again this year to prune our trees.

The staff is friendly and very professional. We have been working with Simply Trees for nearly 10 years, having large trees trimmed about every 2 to 3 years. We have also had several large shrubs trees and Juniper’s removed that includes stump grinding. I would also recommend the stump grinding, because this way you can plant another tree or shrub in that same spot. They always do a fantastic job and clean up proficiently. They have a crew of about 3 to 4 men that show up, so the job is done in a very timely manner. I feel that they are also reasonably priced.

This is the second time we’ve used Simply Trees. They are responsive, on time, clean, fair pricing and extremely knowledgeable about what your tree needs:)

I was so impressed by this company! They were on time (even a little early), so kind and affordable. The staff was personable, professional and tidy. You would have never known there was ever any work done by the way they cleaned our property after three trees were cut and three trees including a very large one trimmed. I was also impressed by the office staff who promptly called to schedule appointments, called to confirm etc. You wont regret going with Simply Trees!
