During our carpet cleaning project in Livermore, both the cleaning crew (David, Eugene, Tyrone, and Max) and the stain removal squad (Max, Tyrone, and Eugene) did a fantastic job. I'm simply taken aback by the amazing assistance and unwavering kindness that David and Shawn extended when I reached out to them in a panic after accidentally spilling a can of dark walnut stain on my living room carpet. David's response to my plea for help was, 'Don't worry! I'm on my way.' In no time, David arrived with his team and their equipment. Despite the slim chance that the dark oily stain would come off, David didn't back down. He tackled the fresh stain head-on, and with the help of Tyrone, they even went the extra mile to clean the entire apartment's carpeting. By the time they finished that afternoon, not a single stain was left in sight. Their dedication to resolving my rather dire predicament was nothing short of commendable. David truly goes above and beyond in providing top-notch service, and I can't recommend their carpet cleaning services enough!
