The quality of the carpet cleaning was amazing for the price, and they managed to get a tough stain out of our main living room carpet that we thought would never come out. We’re very happy with the results and will definitely use their carpet cleaning service again.

the communication throughout the process was excellent, and the service technician, curtis, was very polite and professional. i originally thought i was just going to get an estimate for cleaning and restretching my carpet, but curtis came prepared to do the job right away. he was able to restretch and secure the carpets in a few rooms on the spot, which saved me time since he didn’t need to come back. curtis made sure to keep everything clean and even removed his shoes before entering the house, which i appreciated. the owner was also easy to talk to and seemed very respectful of customers' opinions. overall, i’m really happy with how my carpets turned out and will definitely consider using this company again for future carpet cleaning needs.

We asked Valley Window & Gutter cleaning to clean our gutter. The gutter were filthy and I am sure the top story gutters had never been cleaned. The team arrived early and were professional and curtious and organized.

Absolutely horrible! A huge scam! They did about 3/4 of the windows and said that the remainders had too fragile screens to do. Did they reduce the price, NO! When the company came to replace the screens, they said that was a normal scam where the cleaning company did not want to do all the work. Out of the 8 screens that that supposedly needle replacing, only one really needed! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE NOT REPUCTABLE NOR QUALITY OH and EXPENSIVE!!!

The guy caming do cleaning windows very rude and not respectful. Im the own off my house in shelby when i tolk to him he answered bad answers and no response to my questions and when he done not return back the hose off wTer in place and very greedy

I had squeegee genie clean my windows right before moving into my new house and am extremely happy with the results. My parents actually came by several weeks later and were asking me if the bathroom window was open because it was so clean you could not tell there was even a window!! I have never seen windows cleaned as well as the job they did, and I will continue to use them every year.

All work including prep, cleanliness, scheduling, and attention to detail and our personal requests were as we hoped. Our goal of having crystal clean windows and screens and a home that was left clean as it was prior to the start of the project was met with complete success. We're very happy campers!
