Josh Killen and the team at Killen Mechanical have been our first call for years. They handle all the service calls for our rental properties with total reliability. What really sets Josh apart is his technical knowledge. We have several properties with difficult mini-split systems that other HVAC techs simply won't touch or don't understand, but Josh handles them without issue.
On a personal note, I recently had him overhaul my entire home system. He fixed years of discomfort caused by pinched ducting and an undersized compressor that previous installers missed. Whether it is a complex commercial unit or a residential overhaul, Josh is the most professional and capable tech we have found.

I’ve worked with Killen Mechanical both as a homeowner and through my job where the company I work for has worked on a few projects for them. Seeing a company from both sides gives you a pretty good sense of how they operate, and they’ve been excellent to work with in both situations.
During a recent cold snap my heater stopped working. Josh and his team responded quickly, were knowledgeable, and were able to resolve the issue efficiently and economically.
From the professional side, they run organized projects, communicate well, and are easy to coordinate with.
It’s always a good sign when a company treats both its customers and the trades it works with professionally. That says a lot about how they run their business. I would most definitely recommend Killen Mechanical for any HVAC needs.
