I had Kitchen Fantastic remodel my kitchen from ceiling to floor. John Lupo asked me what I wanted and then Bryce the designer went to work on his laptop and everything I didn't know I wanted came to life in just that one meeting. You will never find a better company or crew to do any remodel for you. I was told it would take 3 weeks to complete and it was completed in just 10 working days. Luis and his crew were so nice and wonderful to work with. My husband didn't believe it could be done that fast but now is also so amazed and in love with the finished product. We will be contacting them when we are ready to do our master bath. Great job guys!!!!!!

Kitchen fantastic is the one stop shop from flooring, cabinets, countertops , demo, no middle person to have to schedule. They come in start and finish the job in a timely manner. I would hire again! I love my new kitchen and bath!!

We are really happy with our experience with kitchen fantastic and everyone who helped us there. We are doing a complete remodel of our kitchen and a friend highly recommended kitchen fantastic. We went with their in stock cabinet line which was so awesome that they are all wood, dovetail drawers, soft close cabinets and they got us our cabinets so fast-within two weeks of the order!! And the price was great. We even did two colors and they were able to accommodate that. That was appreciated especially since we had called other places and due to the pandemic were going to have to wait months and months in some cases. They came out to look at our space and help answer questions about our design which was helpful. Spencer helped us and is always very fast in getting back to us and getting us what we need which we appreciated because we would get our questions answered in a timely manner. He also helped us pick out the hardware which was great. Delivery is always on time, professional and nice. They have wonderful customer service and you feel they genuinely care about your project and want you to be happy. Our kitchen is coming along beautifully. We have received so many compliments on the quality and look of the cabinets. They are really beautiful and we are happy that we went with kitchen fantastic!! We highly recommend them!

The kitchen really is the heart of the home and I am pleased to say that I had an amazing experience with Kitchen Fantastic for the remodel of my kitchen.

I had kitchen fantastic out as things started to open back up, with how much I was using my kitchen I never realized how much I needed an upgrade. I had Ashton and Bryce and they gave me an estimate and design right there on the spot I was blown away to say the least. I did my due diligence and got a few more bids and kitchen fantastic was not the cheapest. They were definitely not the most expensive! I decided to move forward with them, we had some bumps in the road but Ricardo really did an amazing job on the finished product. Overall for my remodel it took about 5 weeks. Thank you kitchen fantastic for all the help I am loving my new kitchen!

It was the time to have my kitchen remodel. After getting a few estimates, I decided on Kitchen Fantastic. They were not only the most reasonable, but I really liked the ideas from John Lupo the owner, who came to my home for the consultation, ideas, and the estimate. John is also a certified designer, and has been in this business for over 20 years.

Ashton, the project manager, was with me every step of the way during my remodel, answering all questions and addressing my concerns. I wound up going to their showroom three times going over different patterns and ideas. A kitchen remodel is a big step and their ideas were very helpful. Once the project began, the full tear out and completion was done in about three weeks. Ashton was my “Rock of Gibraltar.” He always answered my texts in a timely manner, handled all my concerns and was very patient with me. He is a gem!

Their construction crew is great, and comprised of very highly skilled workers. I LOVE my new kitchen!

We have done 3 different projects with them and also purchased our appliances. Super happy with the results, ideas, and quality.

We had a complete kitchen and bathroom remodel, along with a bar installation, new ceiling lights and paint. The end product is lovely, looks great! Ashton Ohelo was great to work with…professional, helpful and responsive. So was Evan with appliances. All the subs were pleasant, neat and good. We had occasional scheduling snafus, but all in all, a very pleasurable experience. We love our kitchen and bathroom!

I called Kitchen Fantastic 4 weeks ago to get an estimate for a light kitchen remodel (a countertop replacement and backsplash) and the job is already complete. The crew did an amazing job, were very professional, and left the house clean at the end of each work day. While it wasn't a large job, Ashton was eager to work with me and get the job going. Ashton was also very quick to respond to questions, replying to my texts almost immediately. We had some older plumbing under our sink, so when the plumbing was removed, it created a slow leak. Once I discovered the leak, I let Ashton know and he sent someone over within a couple of hours to fix it. I could have put a bowl under it and wait for the new sink to be installed, but they wanted to address the problem immediately. Such great customer service!!! I would highly recommend Kitchen Fantastic!! We were so happy with the work that we want to use them in the future for a much larger bathroom remodel. #inlovewithmykitchen!

We had our kitchen repaired and redone following substantial water damage. Kitchen Fantastic lead us through the repair, redesign and construction of our kitchen, and living room area. John and Ashton were amazing to work with and provided us with all of the support and ideas that we needed to get our kitchen back, better than ever! We highly recommend them!

From start to finish of our Kitchen, Bath (3) and Laundry Room Remodel, we were so impressed with the professionalism of EVERY SINGLE PERSON we interacted with at Kitchen Fantastic. I had already received 4 quotes with 4 different contractors and I just happened be talking to a real estate agent who is selling townhouses at a new development in Walnut Creek. She said we had to call Johnny Gonzalves in Livermore (they were doing a remodel for her). Well she was right! Also keep in mind I have managed with contractors two different houses built out of the ground in two different states and a large kitchen remodel. So I am experienced on the pitfalls/challenges and benefits of working with contractors.

Johnny is a VP of Kitchen Fantastic (66 person company) but still quotes and consults for new projects. I think they technically call them Designers. He was just so knowledgable and really my wife and I got terrific advice. Steered us towards things we never even thought about. Example - Since we were replacing the dishwasher and range we might as well replace all the appliances (Fridge/Freezer and Microwave) since they were 13 years old. "Make a chef's kitchen for your wife Frank!" he told us. So we got all Thermador appliances! Faith at Legacy Appliance set us up for success to get our appliances in a timely fashion. And Omar did all the installation. We got a great bundle price with Johnny and Faith. Plus, Luis and New Luxury Baths and Kitchen did a great job helping us pick out 4 new bathroom sinks and faucets. Once we signed the contract and start date was secured, he was able to get this folks scheduled immediately. (Advice #1-Secure start date before you sign the contract) Desiree Ferriera was assigned as our project manager. She was amazing. Kept the project on track like nobody's business! Day 1 Omar and his team of Nilo, Ivan, Mario and Goya just did amazing work demoing everything on the first day.

In the meantime we worked with Arturo and his Dad Pedro in San Jose (they do all their Quartz Countertops and Backsplash for Kitchen Fantastic and I was able to go down and see the quartz slabs after they were created and before they were cut. (Advice #2 - I recommend that). Actually Johnny recommended it. Seams in the quartz can be tricky) Their installation and fitting and cutting was amazing really.

Total project took 6 total days. Each day they cleaned up the job site to perfection. Always on time and worked a full day. Coordinating everything can be tricky which comes to my final point. I LOVE that they were a ONE STOP SHOP. All the sinks, faucets and appliances showrooms are RIGHT NEXT to their business in the same business park on 7 East Airway Blvd in Livermore. I was getting quotes from other contractors for labor only and I had to go get my own separate quartz quotes. Could not compare apples to apples) I wanted none of that. (Advice #3 - Go Turnkey) I love their turnkey approach. Johnny and Kitchen Fantastic have great partnerships with their vendors and they all work well together. (Kitchen Fantastic-Legacy Appliance-New Luxury Baths and Kitchens). Their pricing is very reasonable and I can assure you that you will be very happy with the outcome of your project if you pick Kitchen Fantastic.See attached before and after photos for Kitchen and Bathroom and Laundry Room finished product.

Lousy customer service after the job was completed cant even get a manuel for the fridge the desinger straight out of high school buyers beware! Over priced

We hired Kitchen Fantastic for a major home renovation including kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, whole-house painting, replacing ceiling lights, and installing brand-new appliances purchased through them. Unfortunately, the overall experience was very disappointing.
The finishing quality throughout the project was very poor and many items were left incomplete. Several cabinets were not fitted correctly. In addition, all the doors in the house (bathroom doors, bedroom doors, etc.) were painted with what appears to be regular paint, and the paint has already started peeling.
The whole-house painting also had several finishing issues.
The electrical finishing is also substandard. Many wall plates have visible gaps and look poorly installed.
All the kitchen appliances were brand new and purchased through them as part of the remodeling project. While they were working on site, there was an issue with the stove they had just installed, but instead of resolving it they asked me to contact Thermador myself, even though it had just been installed by them.
The bathroom remodel also has problems — water is coming out where it shouldn’t.
In addition, they replaced all the ceiling lights in the house claiming the new lights were the “best option.” However, after installation the lights started flickering and malfunctioning. Later they told us the lights were not compatible with the smart switches we already had. When I asked why they installed incompatible lights in the first place, there was no clear answer.
One important lesson from this experience: before signing the contract, make sure every single detail is clearly written in the contract. The design team tends to rush you to sign by saying everything is included, but once the actual crew starts the work, many things suddenly become “not specified in the contract” and are treated as extra charges.
Overall, the workmanship, attention to detail, and accountability were very disappointing. I strongly recommend others review contracts carefully and consider other options before choosing this contractor.
