Najib showed up to give an estimate for installing a heat pump water heater as a replacement for a gas water heater. It requireds installing a 240 volt electrical line which Najib is not licensed to do. He should have informed me about that on phone but he waived the $75 estimate fee nevertheless as he cannot do the full job for me. So, I give him 5 stars for his professionalism.

This time they came out and diagnosed my leak to be a roofing issue in a matter of minutes and even offered to assist with dry wall patching once I get a roofer out.

We had a tricky sewer pipe that was broken and it ran under our neighbors property so water was coming up in their driveway. Fito's assessment and survey skills are the best in the business. Based on Fitos findings, we elected to re-route all the house plumbing to the front of the the property and a new pipe to the street. Also it was a big plus that they have a directional drill which saved on the demo work. They do high quality work at a fair price.

I was having issues with my sewer line backing up so I called fito plumbers. They answered quickly and came out the very next day. After a camera inspection they determined I needed a sewer replacement. They showed me the video and explained to me why they recommended me to replace it. I agreed to have them replace it and they took care of everything, they pulled all the required permits and kept me updated throughout the whole process. The day of the job they got here very early and got to work right away. Very professional and they have some really good equipment that made everything look so easy. They finished the job that very same day! I was surprised how quickly they were able to get it done. His crew was also very nice and friendly.
I would definitely call them again and highly recommend them!
