General Contractor reviews in Lodi, California

TDK Construction does a great job. We have used TDK on several projects and the quality of his work is great. We have been very happy with everything they have done.

TDK construction is very reliable and their crew is really great. Always happy to do business with them

Ty is a great resource for contractor work. As a lender, I regularly get clients who are looking to update, remodel, or make additions to their homes, and I can confidently send them to Ty and know that he is going to do great work, at a great price, and take care of them. I would highly recommend Ty and TDK Construction to anyone looking to build a new addition, wanting to spruce up their existing space, or fully remodel their home.

On time and on budget. Great crew.

I've hired Tyrell for several different jobs. From a kitchen remodel to adding on a master suit, his workmanship is top notch! He's always honest and very reliable. I highly recommend Tyrell and TDK Construction for ALL of your home improvement needs.

Ty and his team have done a lot of great high quality work at our house for very reasonable prices. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Ty and his team were amazing. They took time out and explained everything. I did an addition to my home. 2 rooms and one bathroom. The work was outstanding.

Ty and the team were great at communicating everything to us throughout the process of the remodel on our house. They were very detailed in the original bid and any updates we made during the process were sent to us for approval. We will definitely be using them again for anything else we do to our house!

TDK Construction did an amazing job on my remodel project on my home. Ty helped us initially with pre planning and later the final design. His ideas were stellar. We started with a 3 bed/ 2 bath home with no master suite and bath. Now we have a 4 bd / 3 bath home. We never imagined he would design a 4th bedroom with the plan and ideas we had. He was like a magician. We added only 500 Sq ft, but we now have huge master, master suite bathroom with huge tub and walk in shower along with walk in closet. It was definitely better to add on to the Home and make it what we want. It definitely saved us money. Thanks so much TDK Construction!

The bathroom remodel design developed just as imagined and planned. The walk in shower is very beautiful and practical. The tradesmen were respectful throughout the project, arriving at the time agreed upon and understanding of our special needs.
The price was extremely close to original quote. And I would recommend to any neighbor and would welcome them for another project.

Ty and his crew were very pleasant and professional at all times. He was great at keeping us involved and informed on all aspects of our remodel. We appreciate his meticulous eye to be sure everything was done perfect, they cleaned up daily and were sure to protect all of our furniture. Everyone worked hard and didn’t mind us checking up on them continually and asking a lot of questions. Our bathroom and closet remodel was a big project since we moved electrical and plumbing but it was well worth it and looks fabulous. I look forward to using TDK again in the future for other projects. Thank you!

Very attentive to the customer and to their needs.
Excellent customer service. And the workers were very polite, and attentive to my cats. Always did a great job cleaning up daily. Thanks Ryan
Would recommend , Ryan and company for all your construction needs.❤️🙏👍👋

Not a great experience. I was contacted by someone from the company who was unable to answer basic questions, including how long they’ve been in business. I then scheduled a call with the owner to discuss my remodel, but he never followed up as agreed—even after I adjusted my schedule to accommodate the meeting.

If it’s this difficult just to get a phone call from Ryan Schatz, I can only imagine how challenging it would be to manage an actual remodel project. Based on this experience, I would not recommend their services

Great work! Happy with there design! Would use them again.

Can't go wrong with these guys. Excellent cabinetry work and basically made the exact kitchen I want.

Great Company. Our remodel was completed on time and turned out great. Thank you Ryan and Team!

Ryan and his crew did Awesome job installing New AC unit Last year 2022.

They're the best when it comes to constructions

Fantastic service, very good communication, and high-quality work. I have nothing but good things to say about my home that was repaired after a tree fell and crushed the third of it cost significant damage. I’m very pleased.

My experience with this company has been a great one. They're work is beautiful and they have stuck to the remodel schedule. The employees have been thoughtful, courteous and professional. I would highly recommend Schatz Construction and Restoration.

Ryan's team came in a refaced the entire front of the house, installed a new garage door taking it from 2 singles to an oversized double and redid an entire room! They were amazing to work with and we can't wait to do more work with them in the future!
