TERRIBLE experience. Andre came out and charged me $310 to tell me he couldn't do the work I had detailed in the work order, after the office confirmed (twice) that he could and set up the appointment. Andre has the WORST customer service, *and* I lost 4 days on the project.

Don’t use this company. I had recently moved into my new home and had been there one week. I contacted AMF to replace toilets, install microwave and install ceiling fans. When they arrived I was informed they couldn’t do the fans. I had purchased the toilets and microwave in advance and they were sitting in the kitchen. All the work was done and men left. The areas they worked were a mess. The kitchen floor had foot prints everywhere. As I started to mop I saw where the heavy boxes had been slid across the floor. The linoleum was torn in numerous places. I contacted the company right away but was told the workers said they didn’t do the damage. My floor didn’t have the damage prior to their visit. Now I sit in my new home with a damaged floor.

AMF did an amazing job. He was very professional and responsive. Andre helped make a plan for the best placement for lighting on my property. Started with my walking areas. I feel so much safer. Thank you Andre
